Dined in and there was no one at the hostess stand but noticed some women conversing by the kitchen doors it was the hostess. We... waited for maybe 5 minutes while she finished the conversation she was having with her coworker till she waited on us to sit us.Not a good first impression. Was seated and our waitress brought out rolls.. the tiniest and no flavor to them. Order the cheesewedges as our app, that was probably the best thing we had that my boyfriend and I BOTH ordered. He ordered the pork chop combo,pork chops came out mushy and not cooked all the way, I got the steak and tender combo with the macncheese none of which Iordered I ate. The steak had no flavor was burnt on both sides, tenders were cold as if they had been sitting for awhile as wellas the macncheese. Honestly overall experience I would have much rather went to a drive thru than have experienced this dine inexperience. We will not be back at this location. I would also advise if you have staff that smokes please use some kind ofdeodorant when you come back to the table to serve your guest. We were seated in the bar area which we enjoyed, so we could watch football. The service was slow, but the worst part was the... contact buzz we received from our server! We were tempted to leave at that point as it's very disgusting odor. The food tastewas good, but our server had no urgency about his service. I hadn't been to this location in quite some time and to say I was less than impressed was an understatement. First, we had the... pleasure of witnessing an argument in the dining room between what I assume was kitchen staff yelling across the restaurant atthe employees who were at the hostess station. In turn, they decided to respond rather loudly to his comments. Food came outand not only was it lackluster in presentation, but portion sizes did not seem to be what they used to be. The 6 oz sirloin wasso "petite" that my 7 year old grandson finished his entire meal and was still hungry. I order a medium rare burger which cameout not med-rare but actually raw. I showed this to my server whose main response was what did I want to do about it. I askedfor a recook and the second burger came out cooked properly, but this one was extremely overseasoned. I did not bother to sayanything because I was hungry and the kids were finished and were getting bored. I received little in the form of an apology,nor did anyone come to check in a timely manner to make sure the problem had been corrected. It will definitely be the lasttime I visit this location. Not sure if short staffing or management issues are the problem, but this restaurant does not evenseem remotely close to the same place I used to like to frequent when I make it up to this area. Went in tonight and they were on a half hour wait because they were short staffed in the kitchen. The hostess was very diligent... in explaining the situation so we didn't mind the wait. Our server Jessica A was great. Prompt, friendly and funny even withwhat must've been a stressful night unfolding around her. Our food was timely and hot and fresh. I have been to this location several times, and each time it seems to have declined further. But I don't think I'll be back to... this location again. There was no one at the desk when we came in. And when they did come to seat us, the table they sat us athad not been cleaned. I think someone forgot to put yeast in the rolls as they were flat and hard. Read more

Food quality does not match price. The pecan salad was about half the size it used to be. Very large core lettuce bits. Also,... waited a very long time for a pick-up order. Had to revisit the store because we were missing an entire entree. Overallimpression, dissapointment. Read more
