I called an placed a very simple order. A large pep pizza. An hour later when my food doesn?t arrive I called to see about my... order. The girl then tells me they have no record of my 1 item order. After going through the conversation that I had with thegentleman before to explain I did in deed place this order. The girl made it seem as if it wasn?t an issue and wasn?t friendlyabout it either. Rude employee who refused to remake a sandwich. Completely burnt it and I offered to come back and he said he wouldn't remake it... and would only give me a credit for two dollars. I'm not sure about all the negative reviews. I've ordered twice in the past couple months. The pizza arrives hot and delicious.... The service has been above and beyond. Both times it arrived before they said it would. I was in the shower and heard the doggoing off. All I could think was, I am so glad that I tipped when I ordered. Assuming that they would drop the pizza and leave.Nope! The driver was still there waiting to make sure I was home. I looked at a couple of the bad reviews on google. And I mustsay, that at least one of them cannot seem to rate anyplace more than 1star. So order and check it out for yourself. Read more

I am not sure what is going on at this location anymore. The food use to be very good but last few times we have ordered the... food has not been good, buns on hoagies are hard from being overcooked, and don't order extra cheese because I think you getless than normal if you do, but you still get charged for extra. Delivery is 20 to 30 minutes later than quoted time, which isnot good when ordering for a business where people have a time limit on lunch. Read the reviews and tried Snappy Tomato. Stayed at Hampton in Wilder for Soccer Tournament - ordered a lot of pizzas. Delivery... guy took time to place on tables and set up. Pizza was really good. Order another as we ran out and it was so good. Kudos toSnappys - good stuff. Read more
