Went inside to order my food as opposed to using the drive-thru food was nice and hot atmosphere can't say anything about that I... didn't stay inside. The service was mediocre were probably shorthanded and didn't seem to know what each person was doing andthe weight was a little longer than I cared for. Read more

Can't remember the last time they got my order right so I'm done with Wendys. This time I asked for lettuce, tomato, onions,... pickles and mustard. Didn't get lettuce at all. Barely any mustard. Maybe the size of a quarter. And they always put cheese onit no matter what I say. Just not the same service as it was years ago. Read more

Over and over again I have repeatedly gotten the wrong food Mold all in my salad and then they gave me 3 wrong sandwiches after... the drive thru that didn?t give me a receipt. I called 5 times and no answer I don?t know what else to do but to warn others ofthis location and their carelessness of other peoples hard earned money. Read more

Location is so inconsistent. Today I stopped by to get two combos and a kids meal. I was the only person in line, and it took... over 20 minutes to get my food. The girl at the first drive thru window was leaning out the window with her elbows on the windowsill when I pulled up. I gave her my card and asked for my receipt. She looked me right in the eyes and crumbled my receipt upbefore continuing to rest her elbows and stare out the window. I get up to the next window and nobody will talk to me. I endedup turning my car off. After waiting way too long, the woman hands me my food and then a couple minutes later, hands me mydrinks. I get home to realize that I have been given no straws and my sons kids meal has no toy. I call in and the manager tellsme I need to drive up with my receipt to get them. What a joke?. Read more

This was a little odd. The cashier kept touching our food and rearranging it and didn't stop until I came up and said "hey, can... I take my food and eat it please?" and she said "oh, is this it? you didn't order a sandwich?" no, I did not. But I appreciatethe fact that the people there were unfazed by my Halloween makeup. The drive through moved quickly, the window staff were polite and efficient, and my order was correct. Over all no complaints.

Normally I order through the app so everything is ready to be picked up at the drive through. The Wendy's app is great when it... actually works! No fault of the actual Wendy's stand alone businesses. This Wendy's location has their drive in lines move veryquickly. Since I had to place the order physically, the poor lady taking the orders was having a hard time hearing me. I did notask her to repeat the order back to me and several items I ordered were missing the addition and substraction of myspecification on three out of five items on my order. This has happened before (rarely) and I simply call the manager and hewill have the incorrect items remade. Note: I am not a jerk in any situation like this in food and retail businesses. I can notimagine how difficult it is working in customer service related jobs from March 2020 when COVID hit! Be nice people! I onlydropped this particular event at Wedney's to four stars from five because of the small mess up on the order. This is theWendy's I always go to because of their service. Highly recommend! Drive through was long, but super fast! Ordered a bunch of food for co workers and everything was correct! Lady at the speaker... didn't rush our long order at all, took her time listening to every little detail of our order. Would definitely recommend thislocation! Read more
