Ordered cake- they made wrong cake. I have attempted to contact manager/owner via phone and email with no success.
Honestly not what I expected. Asked if they had birthday cakes and was told yeah in the freezer. My 2yr old wanted a cookie from... the pay by the lb box and I was told they aren't sold individually. Ended up getting 2 cannolis. One shell was so hard youcouldn't bite it and the other was better. The filing left an after taste. It didn't even smell like a bakery. The girlworking acted as if I was disturbing her, not friendly at all. Very disappointing. I thought this location would be great andsave me a trip to Peekskill. Read more
Cake tastes good wrong cake I ordered chocolate they gave me vanilla but the design was awful. What's with the edible paper. Was... supposed to be black and white but the printed out paper was green. My husband and I had to redo it ourselves to make it looknicer. I've been coming to this bakery since my wedding in 2012 but the last few experiences haven't been good at all. Read more
I visited this bakery in April 2021. I purchased cannoli cake and cannoli cream filled Belgian waffles. They were fresh and... absolutely delicious! Very nice selection and beautiful cakes. Server was happy to answer questions and helpful. Highlyrecommend! Read more
