Friendly people, saddest limp fries Ive ever had, nearly salt-less. A few were warm, nothing was remotely fresh, no crunch at... all. The chicken sandwich looked like old garbage, fried in the oldest oil-very very dark. $12 for some junk food I could onlyeat half of. I know it's a macdonald's, but have a little pride/self-respect- I can't imagine a gas station would be any worse,and it would be significantly cheaper. Read more
Yet again, McDonald?s is ?cleaning the milkshake machine?, making shakes and ice cream unavailable at 2pm in the afternoon on... Labor Day Monday. I realize that the bulk of the employees are teenagers but you would expect the adult managers to figure out abetter time to clean the machines. We heard the customers in line behind us try to order ice cream and they were out of luck aswell. We were hopeful that the new location in Coldbrook might have better service than the old one but it is just as bad. Wedon?t go to McDonalds that often but 9 times out of ten, the machine is either broken or being cleaned?maybe McDonalds shouldconsider getting a second machine. On August.22 2022. We had the pleasure of being greeted by the young man who was working the drive thru in the evening around... 9ish. We met him before going thru the drive thru as well. I just want to say he is so polite and bubbly he makes our dayeverytime we come in. You can tell he is a people person and that he loves his job and people. I hope someone tells him he isdoing a great job. Read more
Was first into 2 lane drivethru,no other vehicles,then 3 in a row pulled up and were served,was left sitting no communication so... drove up to window ,told the person what happened and she said so ??then offered to take my order told her was a Little late forthat.should add was going there 6 days a week most weeks,now doing Robin's.Great Instant Service Read more
Went through the drive thru, was treated very poorly after them messing up my bf burger. He's highly allergic to onion which we... stated and said just cheese and ketchup on his burger. We parked to eat in parking lot... His burger was loaded in onions... Wewent back thru we were laughed at, pretty much had our food tossed at us. Very un professional and extremely rude. We werequestioned by 3 staff as to why our burger was wrong... It's not science. Never will we return, not ever!!!!! The only reason Ieven give one star is because we asked for fresh fries and actually received them, which really seemed to bother the staff aswell, how dare anyone request "fresh fries" that they're paying for. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have always been bad for not getting the order right. "Large Fries" BTW
This review isn't for the McDonald's, it's for the kid that works the first window and drive thru box. Super friendly, super... happy and amazing customer service! The rest of the employees could stand to take a page out of his book!! Read more
