Went to an empty counter only to not be served and completely ignored. Staff were more focused on serving the drive thru than... the customers at the counter. Will not be stopping there again. Read more
Went inside to order a cool refreshing drink and went to sit down but found every single(several)table was dirty and hadn't been... cleaned. Needless to say, we took our drinks with us off the premises. We didn't sit outside at the picnic tables because 2 ofthe tables were filled with people smoking. We thought there was a law against people smoking within a certain distance but,guess the staff are not paid enough to tell smokers to leave.???? Read more
Jumped off the highway this afternoon to stop for coffee. Probably the only time I will be here, since I am not from the area.... Getting into the parking lot was an experience in itself trying to make a left across the stopped traffic just to park. Honestlythough it's probably not that bad when tractor trailers are not in the way. So you can probably disregard that most of thetime. Parking wasn't the easiest with the parking and drive through lay out. Then you have to cross the drive through traffic touse either door that I saw to enter the establishment. This Tim Hortons is connected and in the same building as a Wendy's. Didthat add to the difficulties? Maybe, but maybe not. But to be fair, none of these issues couldn't be over come with a littleeffort and care. The good news is that Tim Hortons wasn't busy when we arrived inside, although the drive through line waslarge. The ladies inside who helped us were professional, pleasant and made both our coffees correct as requested. The coffeewas typical Tim Hortons excellent coffee that I do not have where I am from. So it's a treat for me to have this coffee evenwhen things are not perfect. All in all not that bad. I probably would have rated it 3.5 if I had the option. Read more
99% of the time I go in the drive thru and it's totally fine, no complaints. I prefer Tim Hortons coffees for coffee. The odd... time I go in its fine, no complaints I had a good sit in and coffee meet up there, I was there for like 2 hours. Read more
The worst Tim Hortons in NS! Always getting my order wrong. I know human error but every single time I go here it's either made... wrong or something is missing. That and the huge line ups. Staff don't care about the customers waiting, they just chit chat Read more
This Tim Horton's is connected to the Wendy’s in the same building. We have been to the Tims multiple times but the Wendy’s... only one. The staff at the Tim Horton’s always seems to be distracted, poor providers of customer service, and generally cluedout on what they are supposed to be doing. You have to hand-feed them what they have to do most of the time. We have been therebefore and waited in line ten minutes to even have them notice we were there. (There were no other customers in the restaurant,so it's not like we blended in with anyone else.) This recent visit was a combination of the previous behaviour, and asurprisingly really professional and impressive behavior by one of the staff. I was impressed she even worked there. Veryfriendly, helpful, and she knew what she was doing. Miracles never cease. We will keep coming back occasionally anyhow, justbecause it’s a Tims in this neighbourhood. Read more
