Very expressive for their Dave single combo. No coupons on their site, and the burgers were kinda unsatisfying. Burger king has... more substantial burgers and their app has me and my son having a full combo for 14.00 before tax. Wendy's was over 18.00 for anoverall lesser meal. Great food. Horrible service. I have waited 50 minutes at the counter before for 2 kids meals and a combo. And all the staff... said was whoops we cleared the order accidentally. Not even an apology. Now the dining room is closed at 7 on a Friday night?Sounds like my final visit to Wendy's in coldbrook. Read more
The place was so messy and people work behind counter chit chatting , laughing and playing. All the seats are messy couldn?t... find place to sit close to wendys because of it have to go and Tim hortons. I saw one employee throwing food .I never seen suchbad service anywhere in Canada. The Wendy's here is spectacular always great service never had them mess up my order and I'm there frequently. The tim hortons... arranged is one of the worst in the province consistently slower than the second coming of christ, and I mean slow were talking15-20 minute wait times and that's just the instore time. Had to change my review for this place. Unfortunately the quality of food and service has gone down at this location. It would... be wrong to blame the kids behind the counter as the last 4 times we have eaten here there has been problems. This is obviouslythe result of poor management and lack of leadership. We have had too many issues to list them all but there has been constantissues with lack of items being available, poor quality of food, issues using the mobile ordering. This last trip and last for awhile was probably the worst. The buns for the burgers were stale to the point of being hard, one bun had grease all over thebottom of it, the pop tasted terrible, the nacho sauce was terrible and looked like it had separated some and I'll attach aphoto of the chicken burger my spouse received that was supposed to have lettuce and tomatoes on it, I'll let the photo speakfor itself. This place needs some management training or new management all together as there seems to be consistent issues withthe place. It will be a long time before we give this Wendy's location another try. This might seem like I'm being unreasonablebut I rarely give negative reviews and almost never return food for a refund which I had did in this case. I only gave them twostars because the staff that handled the order and refund were pleasant and professional. Read more
This Wendy?s is connected to the Tim Horton?s in the same building. We have been to the Tims multiple times but the Wendy?s only... one. The staff at the Tim Horton?s always seems to be distracted, poor providers of customer service, and generally clued out onwhat they are supposed to be doing. You have to hand-feed them what they have to do most of the time. We have been there beforeand waited in line ten minutes to even have them notice we were there. (There were no other customers in the restaurant, so it'snot like we blended in with anyone else.) This recent visit was a combination of the previous behaviour, and a surprisinglyreally professional and impressive behavior by one of the staff. I was impressed she even worked there. Very friendly, helpful,and she knew what she was doing. Miracles never cease. We will keep coming back occasionally anyhow, just because it?s a Tims inthis neighbourhood. Read more
The restaurant was VERY busy and short staffed. The drive thru employee spoke very clear threw the speaker, was very polite when... I came to the window to pay... food was hot, the Dave's cheeseburger was the best I've ever had, the fries were hot and theyoung man at the window took the time to smile, hand me my food in a nice package way , not just thrown in the bag and giving tome and he took the time with my payment and said to have a good evening. Even though the line was massive and it's obvious theywere running crazy. That was one of the best services I've had. I just wish I caught the young man's name to tell the manager.Thank you to him and the staff. I highly will always recommend Wendy's. Read more
