Used to be more descent, now they don't have a variety of chips, they don't have small size fountain drink, so literally they... forced you to buy a larger one, the subway definitely is not 6", and pretty much is going down. To bad because is the onlysubway around. Why not improve it? Read more
Got here at 10:35, door was unlocked, open sign was fully lit up and lady was at the counter and hours online and on the door... says they close at 11. Absolutely terrible I just put in a online order at 9 for it be made at 10:20 and they canceled it ,but let?s not forget they... close at 11. I used to work here and it was decent at best but now it?s just unbelievable, i literally saw them leave the subwayat 10:30 then I was notified that my order was cancelled. Never waste ur money at this subway, there is one in Cleveland butthey are all ran by the same person so that is ur choice. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Read more
Went to get 3 sandwiches and protein bowl today. Told the lady I needed 2 foot long Italian herb and cheese one foot long need... the other cut in half for the other sandwich obviously. While making the first sandwich steak and cheese she could not believethat my husband wanted the vegetables toasted as well. Packs those up still need the other 6 inch sandwich she again wasappalled that I needed another sandwich. I told her on accident yeah the 6 inches we cut off Italian bmt sorry italian herb andcheese bread I need that sandwich made. Well she goes to make a bmt no I need a sweet onion for myself. She threw the meat andsaid I thought you said bmt I did it was an accident. I corrected myself but she was not paying attention. When I told her Ineeded a protein bowl as well she scoffed and said we don't have protein bowls. Really why not, you don't have meatballs? Wehave bowls but no lid that's fine that's all my daughter will eat here. Gives me the bowl with 5 1/2 meatballs. I've alwaysgotten more. Anyhow all of this could have been avoided if she had asked what all I needed in the first place and not assumedI'm one person only getting a couple things. Read more
Slowest place in the city to eat and forget about online ordering your just as good standing in line for 30 minutes...and mostly... they hire people in no rush to complete your order anyway...save your money. And definitely won't be tipping anymore Read more

Unbelievable bad experience. Not only was the lady working extremely rude, she refused to serve me because I didn't have a mask... on. When I explained I couldn't wear a mask due to medical reasons & I have a Dr note she still would not serve me and that Ihad to wait outside for my husband and kids to get there food. There was no other customers in the building.If you are going topost on your door if you needs assistance just ask then you should follow through on that advertisement. Read more
