While waiting on our drink order the staff had to remake all the orders ahead of ours. When we finally got our order it was... wrong also. The lady didn't want to remake the order so she gave me a free drink card but for 1 drink when I had ordered 2. Thehelp needs to be trained better. Read more
I ordered a medium triple shot latte with brown sugar and I got exactly that. It's rare that drive thru coffee meets... expectations but this was PERFECT. Not too sweet and not too hot. Now if only it didn't cost SEVEN FREAKING DOLLARS! Read more
Just drove in from Tennessee and was excited to get some Biggbys but was disappointed from the minute we walked in. Staff... wasn't very friendly, placed our order, walked over to wait and was disappointed how dirty the counters were. The counterswhere the coffee carafes sit had stuff spilled all over them, the counter where the trash is, was dirty as well. Asked if thereis creamer, at which we got a yep, and handed the half and half carton from staff. No paper towels in the men's bathroom andthe women's bathroom could use some cleaning. Hugely disappointed that this was our first stop in Michigan and this is what wegot. Hoping the Lansing stores are much better. Read more
