Let me say - the staff is working hard and always friendly, even when the line is to the road! But - Note to the wise- when you... order, make sure to include the oz of your drink. I am going on a third experience where ordering a "tall" off the menu hasresulted in being charged for and receiving a "super"... it seems crazy complaining over more coffee in the morning, but thedrink/coffee ratios are different per size and it's a bummer to not have "my coffee" in the morning. Says you can dine in... that is a lie can't walk in and get my coffee and the line takes years ontop of when it's super busy the... line is to the main road. Fix your online descriptions and secondly work on this line being to a main road that is 45 MPH beforesomeone gets hit. Read more

Barista assumed that the change was for her tip, when told I wanted it back she was rude and closed the window without saying to... move forward or saying anything at all. When arriving at the second window by guessing that we should move forward , we were notgreated, just handed the drinks and the window was shut again in our face, the other barista said nothing to us not even a?hello? or ?have a great day?. Very good service and obviously coffee. The only option on the west side of town.. Drive up only and no in store option. Would... be nice if they at least offered walk ups inside, but I'm guessing that's a rare need. Line can get long at morning rush and canextend into the road. Expect 20+ minutes if you're that far back. Read more
Consistency and customer service are on point. I go to this location instead of the East side because here my drinks don?t taste... like a gallon of syrup with a dash of coffee. If no one told you today, thank you for doing what you do?. Though you may have todeal with a plethora of Karens and Kyles (lol), I really appreciate all of you, especially you working during a time when so feware willing to work. Typically I have a great experience at this location. They are fast and friendly and the coffee is consistent. That hasn?t been... the case lately. I went there last week and received a half full latte that tasted terrible. When I called to let them know sothat they could be more careful of checking orders before handing them out to others, they apologized and offered me a freedrink. My husband and I went yesterday to redeem the coffee and get 4 others for my family, and all but 1 were much less thanfull. The only full one was the hot chocolate which wasn?t even hot. I typically go once a week for a coffee, but I think I willbe taking a break from Biggby for a while. It?s not worth it to get drinks that are half to 3/4 full and topped off the rest ofthe way with whipped cream. Read more
