Terrible experience. First I didn?t get what I had ordered and our French toast was still wet with egg and hardly anything more... than raw egg bread. The hash browns were greasy and soggy with tiny portions. The French toast was flipped over on the good sidelike they didn?t think we would notice. I realize that prices are going up but at least make sure the food is decent quality tomake up for it, it?s the least you can do. Probably will be our last time dining at bob evans. We got nothing more than a simple?sorry?, no deduction from the bill or anything. Read more
Food was good as usual, but had an outstanding server, I think their name was Chloe I believe they should receive a raise with... their behavior. They made sure my food was good, and checked in at good times to see if I need more coffee, wonderful customerservice, will be asking for Chloe again. Read more
I went to dinner with my elderly parents. My Father ordered the fish dinner, my Mother ordered the oatmeal with fruit. I ordered... the honey fried Chicken dinner with the fixings. I never recieved my food. My Parents recieved theirs. Not once did our servercome by and ask if we needed anything. I had to ask to get a refill of coffee to another server and tell him to cancel my meal.Since I never recieved it. I did ask the other server to put it in take out container. Mind you there was at least 4 othertables besides ours. Our server didn't care. She handed me my food. Rolled her eyes at me. I was the problem? I think not. Idid tell the other server that she should not work with serving the public. Mind you, I was pleasant and respectful. Thankgoodness we were padding through. Bob Evans do better at this location. No wonder your parking lot was empty at 6:00 on Thursday night! Read more
The hostess seemed bothered that we were there - the waitress was decent but not very attentive - the wait for our food was... extremely long. There are several dirty tables that have remained unclean for the entirety of our visit. The morning service isusually much better, though. Read more
Our waitress was new, but very nice and I think she'll do her job well. I had a ham and cheese omelet. It was good but didn't... have very much ham in it. My husband had a protein bowl. The piece of bacon in it was a whole piece. Would have been mucheasier to eat if they had crumbled it up. Also the potatoes in the bottom were sweet potatoes. He's had many protein bowls butthey've always had regular potatoes in it, not sweet potatoes. Read more
On Saturday, 05/28/22, my husband and I stopped here to get some dinner. We have eaten here many times and have always had good... service. On this day, we enjoyed our service more than usual. Our waitress, Sophia, was such a joy! She was very cheery, upbeat,pleasant and paid attention to what we ordered. Our food was all delivered exactly as we ordered it. She checked on us numeroustimes during our meal and refilled our drinks before they were empty. Thank you Sophia for making our experience so wonderful.We appreciated it very much!! Read more

The food was delicious. I went there with my family and we all ordered our food. It took a long time for our food to arrive but... the employees were kind to us. The food was worth the wait. This particular Bob Evans I would say is in a very convenientlocation. Read more
