Got two different orders of boneless wings, and a couple appetizers. Asked for the sauce on the side. Only got on of the five... sauces we order. And they didn't put a lid on it so it spilled in the bag. Didn't get the Bleu cheese we ordered either. Theplain wings were good. Read more
Last time I came and ordered food with my fiancé. 45 minutes later she got her food. After she had ate and then waited another... 20 minutes my food never came. I asked for my bill payed and walked out with not eating. This time we ordered cheese curds theycame out burnt and the waitress says that’s how they normally are.Then My grilled chicken sandwich came out and the chickenwas thinner than my French fries. The food is tasty and on time, but if you get take out, absolutely check every item in your bag before you leave the parking... lot, every single time. It is not an exaggeration to say that close to half of the take-out orders I've had had at least one,if not more things missing. That being said, every time I've called back to report it, the staff has either replaced the foodor given me credit no questions asked. Read more
I tried to do an online order for a 50 pack of wings, it would not go through, I was prompted with a message saying the order... did not go through and to retry the order or call. I attempted the order an additional time, and was prompted with the samemessage. I then called to place my order. Once on the phone I seen I had two pending charges on my card for the order which Ibrought to the workers attention. They told me only one would be charged and the other should fall off. After two days thecharges went through charging me extra. I called to see what can be done. Manager was friendly and money is being charged backto my card, but I need to wait 2-3 days for it to go through. I would not advise anyone to order online as they were aware thiswas an issue when I originally called but didn't seem to care that this was happening. We were not impressed with the wingseither. My guests found a few wings that were not cooked fully, but I am aware things can happen. I wasn't going to cause astink about that but after this whole experience this will be my last visit to this location or potentially any location. Ireally hope they resolve their issues with the online ordering, because the wait time until my money being reimbursed is a majorinconvenience, not entirely their fault, but still a problem. Had the hatch chilli burger and ordered tots with hatch queso on them for a side, everything tasted amazing and the pickled... hatch peppers add a warming sweet heat to the whole thing. I highly recommend giving their burgers a try. Read more
The food was great, let's start there. Most BWW food has gone downhill with food quality, not this one. I sat at the bar and... waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to offer me a drink. I almost left because I was on a time crunch. Then a youngwaitress was waiting on drink and started sharing the work drama with me while I was trying to watch sports. Seems like thepeople at the bar and the staff knew one another so maybe she was used to doing that with customers. Read more
