The store manager was running drive thru. We had a 10 minute wait time as it was slow with only 4 cars including myself. Cross... contaminated the cup by not using an ice scoop after grabbing it. A lot of things wrong were observed through the drive thruwindow. Read more

Always messing food up. And if you have an accent the managers will treat you extremely rude. It's been the same managers for... years. The young short oversized lady with blonde hair and weird voice and the old lady that wears her pants to her chest. Bothunhappy and rude people. Read more

Had 20 minutes before appointment stopped by. Lobby was empty one car ahead of me in drive thru. 20 minutes later I pulled off... with no food. This is after paying and sitting in drive thru...late for appointment! Went back after dropping off a now hungrykid to his appointment. And the manager wants to argue with me over "being busy" while her only customers in lobby is employees.Had to wait another 10 minutes ????. While she finished ringing up employee meals. Before she even called my order back to thekitchen. What made the moment even better the way she directed it to the kitchen staff was as if it was my fault. Can't call inthe survey on the receipt because its not readable. So I am posting here. P.S. its not like I ordered alot it was 2 rodeohamburgers and a 8 pc. Chicken. Read more
