The customer service was great. I'm not sure of the lady's name but she was very attentive and helpful.
This really sucks because I'm a big fan of DQ however, I've gotten two different blizzard treats and neither one wasn't great.... And, one of the cashiers behind the counter tried to steal my debit card. Also they don't put lids on blizzards and by the timeI got home both blizzards nearly melted so its a no go for DQ unfortunately. I will be going somewhere else for desserts. Read more
The kids love it, the place is clean and staffed pretty much well. It's not our go-to, but will be back.
I just received my order from doordash and first they're out of chicken patties which I ordered a chicken sandwich they put the... chicken strips on the sandwich but they're out of lettuce so when I received my meal my French fries are underneath my ice creamso my ice cream sitting on top of my French fries. When I tried calling them to let them know that now my French fries are coldbecause some not so intelligent person put them underneath ice cream even though they're still open refused to answer twice I'llbe calling corporate.
