The customer service was great. I'm not sure of the lady's name but she was very attentive and helpful.
This really sucks because I'm a big fan of DQ however, I've gotten two different blizzard treats and neither one wasn't great.... And, one of the cashiers behind the counter tried to steal my debit card. Also they don't put lids on blizzards and by the timeI got home both blizzards nearly melted so its a no go for DQ unfortunately. I will be going somewhere else for desserts. Read more
The kids love it, the place is clean and staffed pretty much well. It's not our go-to, but will be back.
I just received my order from doordash and first they're out of chicken patties which I ordered a chicken sandwich they put the... chicken strips on the sandwich but they're out of lettuce so when I received my meal my French fries are underneath my ice creamso my ice cream sitting on top of my French fries. When I tried calling them to let them know that now my French fries are coldbecause some not so intelligent person put them underneath ice cream even though they're still open refused to answer twice I'llbe calling corporate. Terrible service.. Ordered 1 LG hot fudge Sunday and 1 med hot fudge Sunday with Pecans. They took my money and gave me a... number. We waited 15 minutes while others came and went. There were some that had the same problem .We asked where ours wasthen they made them . WRONG. We got 2 med hot fudge Sundays 1 had peanuts on it. We will not return. Read more
Just to start the cashier walked away from us to wash table instead of taking care of customers. Food came out cold, not just... one meal but all four meals. Very slow service. It?s just like all the restaurants that come to Coldwater, they come in strongthen fizzle out due to lack of service and poor food qualities. Read more
Absolutely perfect DQ experience. I was very disappointed in the old DQ in town and eventually stopped going due to poor... quality and service. Glad to see the new one up and running and couldn?t have been more impressed with the first visit. Theservice was great, the food was hot, and everything clean and well taken care of. Hopefully they can keep it up. The freestyleCoke machine is also a nice touch. Read more
Was craving a Flamethrower burger and fries. They didn't disappoint. Very fast and efficient. Love DQ.
