Pop was flat. Very expensive fir what I got. Plus they didn't give me the pop with the dr inner I ordered. Had to buy the extra.... I thought that pop can with the big dinners. I ordered a 8pc tender bucket with fries and mashed potatoes and gravy. Plus 2chicken breast. Then had to pay for the pops extra! Couldn't drink them as they were flat, no carbonation in them. I had my 2 small grandchildren with me and as I tried to carry my trays to the table with 4 trays of food I dropped one and... knocked some food off the other one. As I stood there trying to clean it up with the help of another customer in tears due to afamily tragedy I recently suffered 3 employees stood behind the counter watching us. The kind gentleman who was helping me wentand bought the kids more food. I had to ask the employees standing there if they were going to help clean it up or stand thereand keep staring at me. They never spoke to me or asked it I was okay or anything. Even the elderly people sitting near me saidsomething when they came out and spoke with them. Ridiculous Read more
Long lines are expected. But frankly, the food is barely edible. The mashed potatoes are the lowest quality instant you can get.... Obviously the recipe has changed. The chicken was rubbery and the skin was all in the bottom of the bucket and not even attachedto the chicken. Thankfully I paid for a large side of Cole slaw or I would not have eaten. 30$ in the trash. Read more

Not what it used to be in food quality. Ordered a pot pie that looked great until you took off the crust and saw the ingredients... barely covered the bottom of the tin. This was once a buffet a few years back but not anymore. Read more
I don't visit KFC often but I love the new Beyond Chicken. I've had it at one other place and they understandably say that it'll... be a wait to make it fresh. This location wasn't initially aware that Beyond Chicken can only be served fresh so I got rubbernuggets. Fortunately they had no problem making a fresh order and I make sure to order it fresh here every time now. Read more
Last time visiting this store...dark colored crust, extra greasy & tasted like burnt...looks nothing like they... advertise...manager tried to tell me they use different batter for chicken & the sandwiches, is why chicken is so much dark.Sorry but I call bullcrap, have had KFC many times over the years, never looked or tasted like this.
