Went in tonight to pick up some pizzas, and apparently they don't accept us currency anymore, 100.00 bills are not allowed...... Last I checked 100.00 bill was still a form of currency that covers all debts public and private.. pretty sure it says thatright on the note... The lady at the front informed me that on very rare occasions they will accept them... But obviously thiswasn't one of those occasions, despite the drawer being open they had plenty of 20s in the drawer and could have easily doneit.. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.. the pizza isn't good enough to be worth the price you pay... What made itworth it was the convenience factor, take that away there is nothing left. People were nice but I ordered a sausage pizza and basically got a cheese pizza
When I 1st arrived I was greeted with about 10 teenagers standing outside of the entrance I could barely get through, I waited... 25 minutes and I thought my food would be hot and fresh and it was not I got a pizza and bread sticks and they both were hardand old. Read more
My wife ordered and picked up a Supreme pizza for me tonight for dinner, the pizza barely had any of the Supreme toppings other... than pepperoni, the Supreme pizza cost $4.00 more than a hot and ready pepperoni. I called to complain and see what they coulddo to make it right and was put on hold for 15min. They never answered the phone. I tried to call back and the phone didn't ringbecause it was still off the hook. When I finally was able to talk to someone I was told that I was lying and it had all thetoppings it was supposed to have. This is the second time this has happened to me and seems ridiculous. Always a problem. Pizza never cut through (or at all) so it tears apart. And they messed up my order (ordered a pepperoni and a... cheese. Got 2 cheese no pepperoni yet the box was marked pepperoni.) And to get the correct item I'd have to take my toddlerinto the cold to pick it up even though I had it delivered to begin with. Not the first time we've had issues. Yet anotherissue. We ordered 2 orders of wings and you only gave us one and once again didn't cut our pizza right. And you put ourbrownies were out in with hot items so they melted. Good over all but employees could be trained better with customer relations and a eagerness in wanting make the costumer happy.... Ordered the Mostist and got the ordinary pepperoni . I think they know the difference as well as I did. . Read more
