Went to the Coldwater McDonald's to get dinner for my family and not only was the lady that handed me my food rude toe but the... manager was rude to... First all my husband said the the lady that handed us out food was I wanted a sweet tea not unsweetenedand she said ok I didn't make so that not my problem... Then I asked to speak to a manager she said I am a manager talkingabout what do you want I don't care if I was yelling at you or not you are a manger you don't treat your customers that way as amanager of a place you will be lucky if you have your job after today ... And then they brought me another tea and it stillwasn't right.... Read more

The food was hot and tasted good; however we waited for a long time. Once we got our order two items were wrong. The parking lot... was atrocious; all of the outside trash cans were literally over flowing. Trash was piled around the trash cans and more litterwas blowing around the parking lot. The inside of the restaurant was just as bad as the parking lot; Trash was over flowing andall over the floor under and around tables. Read more
The young lady taking the money at the drive thru was more interested in asking a manager if she had a guy complain about her... than the customers in front of her. She never said hello, grabbed my card, yelled for the manager then without even looking backliterally tossed my credit card back in my direction, she wasn't looking so had no idea where it would even go. The young ladywho gave us our order never said a thing just handed the food out and closed the window. Both of these young ladies need a quicklesson in hospitality and/or general manners. This is a McDonald's we most likely will never visit again as we were on vacationand just stopped as we headed home but these young ladies still need to know how to treat the customer better in general. Floor was slippery with grease. Order kiosk prints blank receipts. Order kiosk doesn?t summarize your order accurately and we... accidentally ordered 13 hash browns because it didn?t display and we kept ordering it wanting it to show up on the ordersummary. Kiosk asks to input a table number but they don?t stock the kiosk with table number stands. Flies were everywhere inthe restaurant. I?d invest in fly tape or sly seaters. Food was good, too bad the front of the house was a hot mess. Theketchup dispenser ejected orange ketchup!? Never seen that before, it was under high pressure. Read more
We ordered in drive through fairly quickly but sat there for 10 minutes waiting to move. I don?t know if someone ordered every... item on the menu but they were very slow. Then when I got my two large fries they were only 1/2 full. What a waste of time. Read more
Had to get a McRib before they're gone!!! Of course it was everything I expected it to be and for some reason, this time, even... more! It was just dripping in sauce, and the bun was fresher than I remember. Overall it was the best and hopefully not my lastbefore they dip away forever. Sad face!!! Luckily, it seems that coming out of retirement is popular, right now, so we'll see.Good job Coldwater McDonald's!!! Read more
