I was so excited to find a health focused restaurant with vegan options in Coldwater, but my experience ended in disappointment.... My wrap was so over sauced that it immediately made my stomach hurt, and the wrap was maybe 20% full. The wrap was missingingredients, and the employee who took my order did not mention the free side that came with the wrap, she just didn't give meanything. The smoothie was ok, but more like a slushy than an actual smoothie. It cost $16, and now my stomach hurts and I amstill hungry....I will probably not give this place a second chance. Read more
Consistently good smoothies. Lunchtime is pretty busy, but the employees do a good job of being friendly and working fast to get... the orders out in a timely way. A good place to go if you're looking for something really refreshing. Read more
I have no idea how anyone can give more than 2 stars for this location. We keep coming back hoping things will change with... nothing but constant disappointment. We always wait 15 to 20 minutes for 1 smoothie and not when they are busy. App orders arealways made 1st and make people who come into the store wait. Back in Toledo, OH we never have issues. Maybe someone from Corpshould come and train on efficiency and effectiveness because this location lacks both. Employees may be "nice" but the productcoming out is less than steller. Read more
Servers are always prompt and courteous. The fruit in the smoothies taste fresh and the drink is always ice cold and very... refreshing, not sugary. I've only had one of the wraps but it's so good I tell anyone that'll listen. Reasonable pricesconsidering it's fresh and healthy food. Read more
I work on-the-road, so I know that Topical Smoothie is one of the franchises that I can depend on for quality food & clean... environment. This location is slightly quicker order time than others that I visit and they always get my order correct. My onlyrecommendation for the staff would be to clean/mop the back hall by the bathrooms. I'm guessing it's the delivery door so it's abit dirty and smells. But the bathrooms were clean and no odors. Read more
As a chain, I love this store. That?s what earns the 2 stars. This location is a disaster. Wait times have been outrageous... whether you order in the app or at the counter. Staff appears flustered, mainly on the sandwich side. I?m just going to avoidtemptation and pretend this place doesn?t exist. Sorry, hope it turns around. Read more
