Well the first thing I noticed was the property looked unattractive, the parking lot and drive thru needs to be repaved and re... striped. Literally the worst fast food restaurant possible in the area. The food is awesome. They have terrible hours, the sign says they... are open 11:30-8:00pm and you?re lucky if they open by 11:45. They are closed on the weekends. Today they say they are havingcomputer problems so they ?can?t take orders?. It?s terribly frustrating. Read more
I don't know what is going on with this Wendy's and I hate to be THAT person.... But... I pulled into the drive thru about 10... min to 7pm(close) I waited in line for 12 minutes to be told when I finally got to the order screen at 7:02pm that they'd takenthe last order for the night. I understand that they want to close on time, but there were only three cars in line that they allrefused service to. If I'd have known I would have wasted nearly 15 minutes in line for nothing, I would have taken my businesssomewhere else to begin with. Coldwater location should just close their doors! Food is either way overcooked or not cooked, fries are drowned in salt, place... is filthy, and wait time is ridicoulous! Need some new owners and a complete overhaul! What the heck happened?? Used to be areally good place to eat! Not wasting my money there anymore!! Sad! Read more

Usually i have no problems with this wendys. If they miss an item, at least they replace it. Baconator fries seems to be the... bane of my existence. On a rainswept night its good to go here. The entrance is a little hard to get into. But other than thatno major problems. Read more
Set up a shift manager interview on their website scheduled for Monday the 21st of November at 11:00 a.m. showed up at 10:36... a.m. on the 21st and the place is a ghost town about 11:00 car started rolling through going through the drive-thru parkinggetting out going up to lock doors I waited until after 11:30 and nobody still showed up I got on the Wendy's Google and it saidon Monday that they are closed I don't know what is going on but there's been about 25 cars in the last half hour come throughmissed customers not very happy here Read more
