Food is pretty tasty but staff need better training. I've been in a few times now and often had spotty service. Staff are... inattentive and there's often a problem with my order. Today was bad enough I won't be back. The server was strangelyargumentative and then I was charged for food I did not receive. When the rest of my order didn't come out I asked to berefunded but they couldn't figure out how do it. No apology, no explanation, just shrugged shoulders. It was easier for me tosuck up the extra charge, walk out, and not come back. Staff at this location need better training and have a lot to learn aboutcustomer service. Read more
The taco place where it is literally impossible to buy a taco. You literally can?t buy a single taco, you can only buy three.... Imagine you went to McDonald?s and you only had an option to buy hamburgers in multiples of 3. What a ridiculous inconveniencefor customers, let alone the waste of food if someone can?t eat that many. I visited Bar Burrito recently and wanted 3 tacos,and my wife wanted 1; they told me that wasn?t possible. They told me the only way to get 4 tacos is to order two separate kidstaco meals. I wasn?t interested in juice packs etc? so I just said that I would pay for 6 tacos and they could just give me 4,the lady kept telling me I ?didn?t understand?. I finally left without food and won?t come back. I also know from the othertime that I visited that they don?t have fresh Jalapeños. Read more
Great food, great service. Didn't realize there was an option to order through the website and pick up in store until I was in... store placing an order for 4. Burritos were great, the large is very large. Got enough of the hottest sauce that the personmaking it was questioning my judgement. Could have been hotter, I'd appreciate the option of having fresh jalapeno in additionto pickled. Will be back for more. Read more
Are you tired of burgers, pizza and chicken? Give this place a try. There is an excellent selection of flavours to choose from... and your meal is prepared fresh before your eyes. Staff is friendly and this is the cleanest restaurant I have been in for sometime. Even the bathrooms were shiny! Highly recommend this location. Read more
I?ve enjoyed food from this chain before but if you plan on going to the Cole Harbour location I suggest just ordering the food... when you get there. I ordered online and picked the time to pick up my food thinking I was being efficient. I was absolutelywrong. I got there and my order wasn?t ready. Initially I was okay with it as I was 5 minutes early. Then I noticed peopletrickling in to order after I arrived, and those people got their food before me despite paying for my food already online. Inthe end I waited almost 20 min to get my food that I pre ordered (with a chosen time) and prepaid for. Never again! Read more
If I could give this place 10/5 stars I would! This place is amazing and all of their staff go Above and beyond for their... customers. I went there once on a whim and now I go every week simply because they make you feel so welcome - and the food isdelicious! I can?t say enough good things. The food is good at this location however there are frequent mistakes or missing items. Missing chips from combos, missing... ingredients from tacos or the wrong ingredients in tacos. While it is frusterating not getting exactly what you ordered, thequality of the ingredients are high. I am guessing that because this location opened so recently that there are still sometraining issues with new staff. I look forward to hopefully making this review more positive once the staff has had a chance tobetter mature into their rolls. Read more
I love this place!!! It's close to home and they always make everything fresh right in front of you!!! Their service is... unbelievable!!! They loved my son the one time I took him in there and they let him check out everything he wanted to... he's 3and very inquisitive! Lol he even moved a few chairs and the guy behind the counter said oh no problem he's so cute lol!!! Ilove them!!!! Read more
