This Tim's has gone down hill very fast, use to make daily trips to take my kids there for treats, now every time you go there... there a drive thru only sign with 5-6 workers doing practically nothing except 2-3 at the window, I've worked tim Hortons myselffor years and use to run a Tim's bigger than this with myself and one other person..... Guess I'll take my money to main StTim's, atleast they're always open for customers. Read more

This is a really busy store and as I read the reviews and people talk about the slow service we have to remember these employees... are showing up to work to ensure you get you morning coffee. The whole world is short staffed due to the pandemic so we need tobe kind and show more patience. The staff here are lovely and doing their best to help you. We are from the maritimes after all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Cheryl the manager is on such a power trip that she disregards all semblance of... humanity. She and the store owner are not made for customer service. I have gone in many times and watched them have full ontemper tantrums. Watching a middle-aged adult do that not only infront of their employees but also infront of customers is downright embarrassing. Not to mention the times it take them to actually make one simple drink correctly. (Which in some cases is 4btw) Read more

I think its faster to park and go in the store than to wait in line sometimes. Don't forget sunglasses for the menu board after... dark if you do go thru the drive thru. Seems someone gave one of them a love tap with a vehicle and moved it a bit. Read more
