Ughhh where do I begin.... Horrible management, my sons pasta was cold , sent it back to remake it...still was cold. My finances... dinner was cold, service sucked...so many people walked out from not being served Dining room was nasty ????. This is totallynot the ledos we remember. I came here on a Friday night and ordered a medium pizza. The guy at the counter was friendly and my order was ready as soon as... I walked in. So why the three stars? Well, when I got home and looked at my pizza, I realized that most of it was completelybrowned on top and almost burnt. The cheese was so hard it had no pull and I asked for extra cheese. The one corner that was notoverdone was absolutely delicious but the rest was not. It was even worse when I tried to warm it. I couldn't remember why Istopped coming here because I have always liked Ledo's pizza. However, at this location, the pizza always seems a bit toooverdone for my taste. Maybe it's me as I prefer a gooey cheesy pizza but this one was definitely a thumbs down on a cold Fridaynight. Read more

It was quite busy for Sunday. They ran out of pineapple for the pizza and some one had to run to the store to get more. Thank... goodness Giant is right there. I waited an extremely long time only to be disappointed. Read more

Placed an order online and had to do it 3 x because it kept kicking the time out when I got ready to pay. Then it switched my... order and made 2 of the same pizzas when I placed 2 different pizza orders. Waited an hour for curbside and had to call 2times because I was hung up on after being told it was ready, yet it wasn't brought out. Called back again 5 minutes later. (Also policeman was going to give tickets because the curbside is in a fire lane.) Then get home to lukewarm food and incorrectorder. So frustrated, especially when being told that they didn't know I was there when I had checked in over an hour before. I should have checked it before I left, but then I was also too frustrated ???? Pizza was stunningly perfect. Pepperoni Onion, and the crust was browned but not burnt in any way. Just exactly how you would... want a pizza cooked. Best pizza I've had in a long time, and I didn't even order it a little well done like everyone should dowith larges from anywhere. They just knew how to make a great pizza. Read more

I have been coming here a long time, I was so pleasantly surprised. The 3 young ladies were the most efficient, well spoken with... employees I?ve ever seen here. I unfortunately only got the initials of the cashier that helped me (AM C) but she was so nice.There was another girl helping her that was also very nice and they worked really well together to get the orders rang up andout. Plus the young lady that cut up my pizza, she was very sweet, cooked me pizza exactly how I ordered it (o would have atethe one green pepper that was hanging on the side lol) and had a amazing smile!!! I called and I ordered the pizza special of the day (large pizza with two toppings and garlic bread) on Friday, September 9,... 2022. When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited in line for 15 minutes because a few people were ahead of me. When ate thepizza upon arriving home, the pizza and garlic breads were not even warm. They were at room temperature. We had to heat ourpizzas and garlic bread in the microwave. To add insult to injury, the pizza dough was not fully cooked and the crust wasextremely thinner than usual. As we ate the pizza, all we tasted was the dough. That was very disgusting. I called and spoke tothe supervisor. The supervisor informed me that we picked up the pizza late and because of that it was not warm. I informed herthat even though, the pizza should have been kept warm and most of all the dough should have been cooked well. I requested thatI would like to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager would call me the next day. I informed her that if themanager didn't call me, I would be writing a review online. It has been 5 days, and I have not heard from the manager. He hasnot attempted to call me to rectify this matter. So, therefore, I have kept my word my adding a review about this Ledo'spizza. Aside from the isdue wirh my food, customer service is by far terrible. When the girls pick up the phone, theyimmediately place you on hold and their tones are unfriendly and rude. I am very disappointed by my experience at this Ledo'spizza and that management did not rectify this issue. Read more

Damn near impossible to execute a take out order correctly. They are 4 for 4 with getting a simple request like "no mayonnaise"... wrong. Great food, but if they won't make it the way you like, why bother. I won't waste my money or time here again. Read more
