Fresh and tasty! They have the most fresh food I know in the area! I tried the sashimi appetizer and it was so nice. Love the... White tuna which you can enjoy the natural sweetness with the rich bite! They also have Tuna Spoon for you if you are now tryingto be a raw hunter, very juicy and in a sweet & spicy flavor. My friends have told me great things about Ninja Sushi and my recent order did not disappoint. This is the best sushi restaurant... in the area for the value. My friends and I shared some of the California, salmon avocado, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, spicysalmon, spicy scallop rolls and uni nigiri as well. Wow this sushi was really fresh and yummy. Even then uni tasted like it justcame from Santa Barbara. Between a group of 6 we still had leftovers from the +10 rolls. I loved the scallop, salmon and tunarolls the most. They definitely packed a lot of fish into every roll. Service here was also great. We ordered when we got therefor take out and even with our large order we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Warm greetings upon arrival and colorful mural on one wall. Top notch sushi chefs and great selections from varied menu.... Jalapeno peppers sushi style and warm saki to start. Everything was great, from the freshest sushi to the lovely staff. They gave us shrimp entree on the house and we got the sushi... and sashimi for two. Tried the Baltimore roll and a side order of fried rice. Everything was delicious and look at how cute the presentation is.... Elaine was my server and she was so friendly and helpful. Wow! Wow! Wow! OK first of all, this gem of a sushi place is INSANELY good! I was looking forward to trying it out so I prepared... like an athlete!!! I worked out for an hour in the morning, did not eat anything all day, then arrived at Ninja Sushi around5. When you walk in you will notice how clean, modern, and beautiful the restaurant is with a gorgeous mural on the wall. I wasseated right away and placed my orders. I got the Godzilla roll, Spicy Girl roll with Jalapeño, Baltimore Roll, and Ninja Roll.I also ordered calamari. You guys... The sushi was beyond delicious! I love sushi, so I often go to downtown Silver Spring orDC, but Ninja Sushi tastes like the best sushi you've ever had. Each bite had my mouth and eyes watering because it was so good.Not even kidding Lol. It was fresh and flavorful with yummy ginger and Wasabi. I like that their ginger is white and notpink. I love it here! Today they had fresh SEA URCHIN!! Omg it was soooo good. I also had the fatty tuna and Carpaccio. TheNinja roll had a delicious creamy, crunchy mix going on and I literally devoured it. The Baltimore roll had a lot ofcombinations of flavors that were really good. The Godzilla roll comes topped with lots of mango and also a yummy crunchy creamymix. I thought the mango made it very refreshing with a hint of sweet and sour. The Spicy Girl roll is topped with jalapeño andhas a nice tang and spice to it Overall it was so amazing. I literally left the restaurant with the biggest smile on my face.The place was so nice, clean, and relaxing. My servers Elaine and Crystal were so kind and personable with great conversation. Hands down my favorite restaurant in Montgomery county. They got my hooked on the Ninja Roll (must try if you haven't).... Everything tastes amazing and always consistent. We order here religiously every week because we can't stay away. We alwaysorder the hibachi and the sushi. Ever since covid happened we haven't been able to go eat traditional hibachi where they cookin front of you, but this has been an awesome replacement for that experience. Such a great experience. Surprisingly, there was not a lot of guests eating here on a Saturday night. There is a lovely... single rosebud on each table to begin the event. The sushi was fresh, fresh fresh. Plus, the presentation was veryunexpected and quite cool. Tonight's meal was quaint. Started with the Green Salad with the Ginger dressing. Dressingcould have been a tad thicker but the flavors you expect from the dressing were still hitting all the marks. Surprise treatsgalore we experienced. To start with a spicy roll, not sure of the name. You'll have to visit to see if you're the luckyrecipient of one yourself. It was complimentary and arrived after salad and before our rolls. We tried the Silver Springroll, obviously. It was good, not exploding in flavors but good. Had the Rainbow roll as well. Classic. Spicy Girl roll aswell, nice! Best one. ???? Finally, when we thought we couldn't eat another bite, she brings another surprise treat --the complimentary dessert. A small cake with a coffee- flavored infused frosting. It was a very nice dinner.
