Stopped here on my way to Atlanta to get food and A few things for my trip . I was Looking for a few things that I wasn?t able... to locate. I also have a disability so it?s hard for me to see everything . Happy to say I was assisted by a Manager namedHailey . Who not only verbally instructed me where to find the products.. but also immediately stopped what she was doing andguided me to the proper products I needed help finding. I can that tell Hailey is Very passionate about satisfying customersneeds and goes above and beyond for customers, She definitely needs a raise ! Most stores that have Great customer service whentraveling on the road are really hard to find . This store is Very well kept ! And now I feel comfortable enough to Stop hereanytime I?m traveling south. This will be marked as one of my Favorite Sheetz store locations ! I'm always stopping at a super charger when driving to Raleigh. I stop at Mebane going to and Colfax, returning to Hickory. I... stopped at Colfax Sunday and wasn't to happy with my experience. I wanted a decaf coffee, but found it not working, as anemployee was working on the coffee isle, he did something, restarted and, still, not working. I decided to get a breakfastblend. Well, I didn't notice that the brew didn't work and thought I had a cup of coffee. There was a foam on top, which hid thealmost clear water underneath. I went to add half and half and there was none, the machine was busted. Ask the same employee, hesaid there isn't any. Could have gone to the cooler and taken a quart of half and half, but didn't care. I added milk insteadand went back to my car. I stopped charging and left when I took a sip of the coffee, it was water and milk, I threw it out. Iknow it's hard finding workers, so what can be done. Just a shame. Update: 12/26/2021 We travel to and returned from, Raleighagain. Stop here to charge and get a milk shake/coffee. Totally different. Clean and all the machines worked fine. In general, it's a good place for a quick bite, but it seems they always fall short one way or another. I've ordered a salad... and most of it was the hard heart of the lettuce head, which is not edible. And now, for the second time, I ordered online andthere are no condiments. I paid for two dinner salads with two different dressings and received no dressing for either salad. Noone wants to get back in their car and drive back to Sheetz just because they can't add a dressing packet for salad.Fortunately, we have dressing at home, but I still paid for something I didn't get. I've let it go in the past, but I see thisis less of a fluke and more of a bad service habit. Disappointing... Read more
This store was really convenient for me on the way to work. Could park, grab a coffee and be gone in under 5 minutes. Classic... coffee was great, my favorite. However they changed out the drip coffee makers for the type that grinds the coffee. Terribleand didn?t taste good. Not sure why they made the change unless it is a cost saving. Well, they won?t save any money on me, Ihave quit going to the store. The thing that brought me there was the coffee. But no more. Read more
Outstanding place to get gas and and bite to eat. Good food and service
I think this might have been the second time I went to this Sheetz. First experience was fine. Got gas, used the bathroom. It... was late at night, but everything was cool. When I went here today it was fine. The only issue I had was that the Sheetz cardscanner on the pump didn't work. I didn't feel like going in, so I didn't get the discount.
