Sandwich came with almost no steak in a Philly cheese steak sandwich. At $30 for two people, this was pretty disappointing.
I am a picky shopper; however this place is a therapy for me, they are professional and nice. The toaster is repaired now and... the staff is always there ready to assist. Good job, Colfax Subway! Read more
I go to this Subway quite a bit and the only complaint I really have is they cook their bread too long. It's supposed to be nice... a soft and there's is always hard. :( Otherwise, clean store and friendly staff. Read more
I love this subway because if the small town feel of it. The friendly employees will start to learn your orders and will do... everything with a smile. The only reason I can't give a full 5 stars is the staffing. It will be prime dinner hours with oneperson working. That will cause long lines and waits sometimes. Also, they have to prioritize online orders. Which causes anyonein line to stand and wait while an online orders gets done first. Keeping places staffed nowadays is rough, but it has affectedthem a bit. Read more
We just spent several hours in the emergency room with family and were so relieved to see that subway was open until 10 PM (this... was 9:45). That is until Mike told us upon walking in the door that he "was too busy and wasn't taking anymore orders tonight."There was one couple in front of us waiting to order aside from the couple whose sandwiches he was making. As someone that hasworked many food service jobs, I was appaled by this refusal before closing, because that's not the expectation anywhere I'veworked. I will be reaching out to the manager for the franchise owner's number, because I would not want my employee's turningaway customers before closing, especially not so rudely. Read more
I've reviewed over 500 restaurants on Google and rarely give out 2 star reviews.. Sadly Subway in Colfax gets 2 stars. I made... an online order here for $30, and when I showed up I was informed their toaster oven was broken and that they can't toast anysandwiches. The employee said "they were going to call me, but they were kinda busy" and he was outside shoveling snow so hethought the other employee had called me when they didn't. (THEY WERE NOT BUSY BY THE WAY) SO Instead of calling the customer(me) to let me change my order or to let me know that they can't toast sandwiches, they made the sandwiches anyways "Untoasted" A subway sandwich is drastically different when it's toasted, compared to not. They are required to call customers in thissituation but they didn't care and they didn't want to. Not only that, but I told the employee I wanted money off my order or acoupon for the next time I come in because of this mess up. He called the manager (DELTA) and she said NO to taking money offmy order and NO to any sort of coupon for next time!! All they did was write down my name and say that the next time I'm inthey'll "try" a coupon. This is not my first time experiencing this type of terrible service here! This Subway is poorlymanaged, has employees who don't care about their local customers and they don't care it seems. I'm never going to this subwayagain and I suggest you do the same. Read more
I understand being busy, but charging for a full cup of soup and only giving out half a cup is wrong. And my mom's sandwich only... had like 6 tiny pieces of lettuce on it. Not to mention if you can't remember the information being given to you...how are you amanager? This subway used to be great, not living up to that anymore! Read more
Order was not made when app said it was ready and had to sit and wait for them to make the order. The order was made wrong the... person putting the sauce on ran out and had to switch the bottle out for a new one but was the wrong sauce. I will not orderfrom this place again. Read more
