Drive-thru wait took forever with only one vehicle ahead of me. Then I ordered 2 Papa Joe burgers and a large tots. $12 these... days at the Moscow Zip's. My total at the Colfax location was $15.50! Then, when I finally get to the Drive-thru window, I ask for two fry sauces and two tartar sauces. The guy tells me sorry, but I can only one of each. I look at him and say,"seriously? For $15 I can't get more sauce?". Nope. What a joke this place has become. And then, when I unwrap the firstPapa Joe, it is mushy with grease and barely edible. The second one was the same. I started feeling sick about half an hourlater. This place is a train wreck and I will never stop there again on my road trips to Seattle and Spokane. Read more

Stopped by for a burger and fries on my way through and the burger was a sloppy mess with the bacon all piled up in the middle... and barely even warm. The french fries were cold and gross... I Couldn't even chock them down . They have help wanted on theirsign.. yes they need a lot of help with someone who will actually cook the food before serving it.. what a waste of money , Iwouldn't recommend it and I won't be back Read more
I haven't been there for years and just had it again.it was really good .I suggest it to any basic highway food .there is also a... neat wild cherry tree looking thing outside the place here I've never seen. Read more
Food is good and always fresh (plus free kids cones with meal). Staff are always good but Slow drive thru and limited hours.... This location has a weird parking lot / drive thru, with uncontrolled entrances and exits from US195 and side streets. Read more
"Washington Strong" is only going to last if we all do our part. "Safe Start" means we can dine-in (even tho there is drive... thru) Food choice at Zips for me was a fish wrap instead of multitude of cheesrburger and tubs of fries offered ????. Mochashake was delish. Now if only the young staff would have been wearing gloves and masks so I could feel safe. OR any of thecustomers. Quite tasty food and very friendly nice staff, but the cleanliness needs work. We saw some flies while we were there.
Good fast food restaurant. Food is always fresh. Good customer service.
