This place takes so long. They also don't get orders right very often. Messed up a burger completely, went back to the... restaurant the next day for a fix, and they got it wrong again. I was actually advised by a colleague against going here, but I decided to give it a try. Compared to my last experience at a... Wendy?s (see my review of the Stoughton Rd. Location in Madison, WI) it was a night and day experience. As with all fast foodplaces during a lunch hour, they were busy and understaffed. But the crew seemed to be cohesive and working well together. Allof the staff was polite to me and the other guests, the restaurant was clean, the equipment was working, napkins, flatware andcondiments were stocked, and the soda and ice all worked. The Dave's single and it appeared to have been sitting for a while, dried out. The Southwest Avocado salad was so so. I came... from AZ and use to order from them 3 or 4 times a week. Their food had much better taste and appearance. I will not be goingback to this place. Read more

REALLY slow drive thru. Often have gotten cold food or orders wrong. *Revised* Went from 3 stars to 1. Today was the last time... my family will ever buy food from this location. There was something wrong with everyone's order. One of us had a chicken blt.It didn't have bacon on it. All fries were cold and old tasting. Our sandwiches were all drenched in sauces which made all ofour buns soggy. The southwest chicken avocado salad had tons of lettuce, like 2 bites of chicken, a pinch of white shreddedcheese, about a tbsp of tomatoes, and two little dabs of avocado. Also asked for ranch dressing instead southwest and still gotsouthwest. The chili was nasty. It definitely was not the same as it normally is. It was more like a bland soup with a littlebit of beans. This chili had multiple kinds of beans in it.The onion they gave to top the chili was so old they weretranslucent. They're try to give someone food poisoning. The cheese to top the chili was not the normal shredded cheddar it wasa gross syrupy processed cheese. Everytime we come here this place gets worse and worse. Don't waste your time or money here.
