With the Chik-Fil-A line across the way going around the block, I would highly recommend boardwalk burgers. I was absolutely... famished and it hit the spot perfectly. The standard burger was everything I could?ve asked for?I loved that they already putketchup on it. The price was reasonable as well and it came out pretty quick. I also got the fries, which were hot, salty, andthe perfect balance between soft and crunchy. Needless to say, I am quite satisfied. With all of that said, the staff don?tlook like they want to be there, and I?m pretty sure the two people waiting for food in front of me got the wrongorder/something was messed up. I admit this is speculation, but I felt it was important information to include to back up someof the other 1-star reviews I read. Not worth the time or energy. I literally had to go back twice to tell them my order was wrong. I ordered a Avocado Club Burger... with no tomatoes and no ranch. First time I got 2 completely different burgers, and when I went back this dude said I know likebro. Then the second time there was ranch, and I knew it was ranch cause I know what I am looking at. He said that is just theavocado spread. Ok...you trying to make me look dumb but I ain't for it. I walked away with my food and bit into my burger.Guess who was right? I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a double patty burger. It did not seem like the employees were making any kind of... effort. For a $20 I at least expect the right kind of sandwich. Read more
Spent over $50 for 4 of us to eat, which I get in the airport. The sandwiches were ok flavor wise. There were items listed on... the menu that didn?t make it on the sandwich (bacon!). The most annoying thing was the fries. It?s in the name of therestaurant, yet they served us fries that may have been left over from the previous evening. Inedible. Staff obviously hates their job and the customers too ????????????. Customer service was trash. Burgers are mini & 10.99 without... fries or drink. Fries are 4.99 for regular size 5.99 for large. Wonder what the large looked like for $1 more, smh. Superoverpriced for this mini, tasteless burger served with a side of mediocre customer service. It's the mushrooms Swiss burger andit's about the size of everyones expectations of Biden providing debt forgiveness for college students. Person taking order wasnonchalant & not helpful. The burger and fries were made fresh and they were excellent!! They make everything in front of you and the staff was friendly.... Excellent spot for a quick bite if you are in the Atlanta airport. Maybe next time I will try the breakfast options. ???? Read more
We honestly ate here because out of all the places in the airport, as busy as it was, there was no one in line for boardwalk... fresh burgers, bad reviews ignored, we tried our luck to beat time. Burgers do not come with fries, or drinks, and total for asmall cup of fries, soda, and burger ended up being over $16 dollars. Food presentation did not look well, burger was smashedand my cousin and I both commented that we had hoped it tasted better than it looked, luckily it did. Despite its appearance itwasn't an awful burger. Cousin's sandwich had jalapeños on it, which he definitely didn't ask for. Service was slow, and alittle disorganized, and asked outright for tips which I thought was weird and unprofessional. I'd eat here again just to savetime in an area that is usually jam packed and because it's close enough to convenient seating, but certainly not because thefood or service was exceptional. Read more
