Horrible customer service fries are never cooked right or they over cooking them by dropping old fries in hot grease!!!... Disgusting! ridiculous drive thru wait time! Horrible customer service! To many young kids, no structure!! it?s ridiculous howlong we have to wait in the drive through line then when we get to the window employees playing and laughing serving old andcold food!! If I could give 0 stars I would! no matter where you work you get hired for a job you do the job! This locationneeds better management better training and better employees! As much business that comes to this location customer serviceshould be top priority along with fresh hot food and a decent wait time! Read more
This by far has got to be one of the worst drive-through?s or fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I?m really I?m trying to... figure out how Are these people still in business. The customer services is horrible. The employees and their friends alwayshanging in the lobby mean while both lines aren?t even moving. One day I finally made it up to the ordering board and she to meto hold a moment and never came back to take my order. They gave no excuse to why they had people waiting as long as they did.You all need to find a better night crew and hire people who are professional and willing to work. We just floated around with not interaction and didn't know when we'd be served. Customer service wasn't the best, to put it... mildly...but then it's McDonald's. Or maybe I expected too much as a Minnesotan....we just do things differently in Minnesota Iguess . Read more
All though this is a alright place I just left and I was literally charged six dollars for a 6 McNuggets. I know times are hard... but for a company that?s been around for yrs times can?t be that hard to get charged 1$ per nugget. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever patronized. It took over 30 minutes to get my order my order when there was only 2... cars in front of me in the drive-through. I was unable to use my drive-through code from the app because they said none of thecodes were working. The staff was rude and beyond slow. Their frappe machine has supposedly been broken for the past 5 months. If you can avoid this location I would highly recommend doing so. Read more

About 6a in a weekday - trying to grab breakfast for work. I sat in the drive-thru with about 3 other cars for about 6 minutes.... No one moved. 2 cars left. 1 car pulled up to the window. Another 3-4 go by and again, no movement. No one ever took an order.As I pulled away I saw 1 employee mopping the floor in the dining area and didn?t see anyone else behind the counter/registersor anything. Read more
