Something told me not to even order here I ordered online came to pick up my order and when I told them I cant eat a pizza with... cold sauce on top these people proceeded to argue with me rolling their eyes saying they can't make sauce hot I waited all thistime so I demanded they fix it as calmly as possible and they still acted like serving cold ingredients on a hot dish was ok Ihave never had a Chicago style pizza in which the sauce was required to be freezing cold like straight out the fridge cold Iwill never return to this location this saddens me as it's the closest one to my home. I?ve never had a bad experience with this Pizza Hut, the customer service is always AWSOME, the food is always on time and very... hot, it absolutely so clean? I pick my pizzas up because I know the shortages of drivers with the 3 pizza companies I deal with.I give this Pizza Hut 5 Stars!!!! Read more
Really! Unacceptable no way this should?ve went out the door this is trash
Their pizza usually tastes okay but the order is often wrong- last time I ordered a pepperoni lover's I received an overcooked... regular pepperoni. Another time I ordered a super supreme but it was missing the ham. They just give you what they want to giveyou without notifying you. Sometimes the website acts up too. It was hot fast and delicious! Made exactly to my request! The takeaway was we ended up paying over $11 in tips and added fees.... A $20 pizza ended up costing $32. I?ll definitely order again but this time I?ll go pick it up. Read more
This location always stresses me out. Last night I ordered at 5:58 pm and my estimated delivery was 9:58pm which is absolutely... ridiculous. The food ended up arriving at 9pm which is still terrible especially considering I live a mile away but the worsepart is always the presentation. The wings were never tossed it always looks as if they poured the sauce in the container andslapped a sticker on it. The plastic cup of marinara was sitting on top of the food and the pizza was somehow half baked but thecrust was burnt. I know they work hard and they might get overwhelmed but it still sucks to feel like my money was wasted. Read more
They are approximately 3.4 miles from my home at Melanie Manor. They refuse to serve us in such a wonderful community. Domino's... and Papa John's serves our community except for these punks. Papa John's and Dominos despite being in same vicinity, is furthestdistance. Domino's better anyway. Check out their coupons and deals then compare. Domino's has better customer service than "TheBut" Call Pizza But customer service and pretty much it's none existing. Call Dominos, you'll get a free pizza.
