POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - DECLINING QUALITY. Quality has consistently declined in the 9 months I've ordered from here. Customer... service is terrible. Two orders ago, I placed an order for delivery that never came. No communication - just didn't arrive. Thelast time - same thing. I called to check after 2 hours passed "uh - it should be on the way". "Should be"?! I call again after2.5 hours and the next person tells me "we don't deliver to you area - we tried calling you but no one answered". #1 I've beenordering here for 9 months. #2 I literally just called 30 mins before and spoke with someone who lied, saying it "should be onthe way". #3 No one called to let me know anything, not this time or the last time. When I explained this, the person rudelyhung up the phone on me. Not to mention, when I was receiving delivery orders before, they would regularly show up late, ~2hours after placing order. There's far better pizza places in Atlanta - save yourself the time and trouble and don't waste yourtime here. Read more
The young girl that took our order told us it would be 15 to 20 min.So 30 minutes later after parking out front then parking at... window I still ended up going inside only to continue to wait,for two burgers.I had asked the girl what the hold up was only forher to tell me they were making them then,I asked how much longer only for her to roll her eyes with attitude and said in aminute. Finally got the burgers only for me to check them and find out that the cheese burger I ordered didn't have cheese!Wow.And when I said to the girl it doesn't have cheese on it she quickly said to me you didn't order cheese,I said I had onewith and one without,she grabs it and takes it back and told them now I wanted cheese,I loudly said back if they would just handme a piece of cheese I would put it on myself, sense I was the only one waiting on an order you wouldn't think it would takethat long or be that complicated,will think twice before going back. Discovered this place on Uber Eats by looking for vegan options. I tried the Vegan Basil Pesto pizza and it was excellent! Had... it delivered through Uber Eats and it came quickly and was nice and warm. Thanks for offering a delicious vegan pizza option! Read more
Food was very low quality for the price paid. The bread sticks and cheesy bread were overloaded with oregano to the point that... they were not tasty. My food was delivered to a hotel so I guess I assumed they would include utensils but they did not includethem so I was unable to eat my salad since my hotel also did not have utensils. It worked out since they didn't include thedressing anyway. I would have called to complain to get my dressing and utensils sent back out to me but I had arrived on a lateflight and was only looking to get food before I went to bed and they ended up taking over an hour for delivery. Go elsewhere. The food is delivered cold. You have to almost yell your credit information for the guy on phone to understand. ... Pizza is bland if that. Walmart take n bake makes this look bad. Read more
I like the fact this place has late hours. However I ordered a chicken pecan salad and 10 wings after 2am for it to be delivered... to my hotel. The est delivery time was 3:49am. First off my food wasnt delivered until 15 minutes after the estimated deliverytime. Mind you I ordered the food over an hour in advance. Dont know who fault is that. Secondly the food was not good.
