One of the reasons my family and I eat at the waffle house, is that the staff is always so friendly and can't hide in the... backroom ignoring the customers. This location was exactly the same experience. The waitress was so nice and actually had aconversation with us. It was also her birthday, so seemed happy to still be there. Only downside was access to this location,but Atlanta traffic is bad in general. Read more
I paid $21 dollars and gave a $5 tip. To get home and find my order was made wrong. Short my extra bacon. I came back to get a... remake. And the Waitress who took my order and I gave the tip to. She gets short with me when she gave me the food I ordered.Because we see bacon that was not on my plate was wrapped in paper at the bottom off the bag. She said in a nasty way. I knew weput bacon in your order and that we wrap bacon in paper now we don?t put extra bacon on your plate.. I told her that?s not truebecause I order the same meal every time and my extra bacon is always on my plate. Never wrapped in paper and dropped in my bag.She pushed my food to the edge of the counter and said have a good day ? bacon come wrapped in paper now? I can?t say I nevereat there again. I would never visit this location every again in my life. I ordered a grill Texas chicken melt and when I received it back the... whole order was wrong. I was very specific how I wanted it so it wouldn't be messed up but it was still wrong. I asked to get itremade over because I am allergic to tomatoes they said it wasn't their problem and I have to order another meal which I didn'tunderstand. I even told them to add bacon on it and they said they forgot, plus anyone knows that all melts goes on Texas toastunless you want a change made. By the way, yes this is how it was given to me. I?m here at 2:19am. My online order was marked to be picked up at 2:16am. (Placed at 2am) I guess this is something new they?re... trying but it?s not working.
