Poor customer service; upon entering restaurant, hostess wouldn?t make eye contact nor greet me. I asked if I could have a table... and she walked away. I've frequently visited this buffalo wild wings for the past 3 years. I've only had one occasion when my togo order was missing... an item, and the manager handled it great. All of my dine in experiences were great. The dining areas and bathrooms are alwaysclean. The food can be a bit expensive for what it is; i love ordering their tuesday discount for traditional wings to save somemoney. Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo... sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was alsovery tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected. We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings aswell and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds wereamazing! There is a very large selection of tvs to choose from and just ask if you want to watch something, chances are theywill change the channel for you. So why not five stars? Essentially the service unfortunately. There was no line and multiplestaff saw us waiting but said nothing and then someone did say that someone will be right with us, then 5 min later that sameperson sat us. The restaurant was. It busy, maybe 4 tables were full out of the 20 plus available. Not sure of the disconnectbut just a bit disappointed in having to wait over ten min to be seated in a relatively empty restaurant. This location doesn?t have food!! Management is dismissive and aggressive. DO NOT EAT HERE!! My family attempted to have a fun... Sunday celebrating a birthday and watching the game. We ordered cauliflower wings and the server came back a little while laterand said they don?t have any. We were very disappointed as the family member celebrating a birthday came specifically for thatmenu item. Our sever was apologetic and great but when we spoke to the manager he was dismissive, fast talking, and came offaggressively. We expressed we were disappointed and he made excuses about their location trying to order food but they can?t getit for whatever reason. He wasn?t apologetic or pleasant to talk to period. I suggested perhaps he could inform the waitstaff toadvise customers as we are being seated if they don?t have items on the menu because had we known that when we first came in, wewould?ve made an adjustment to our plan. He blew me off with a ?whatever? look and tone. Zero customer service skills andattitude like he could care less. We then re-ordered a different menu item and they didn?t have that either!! No Mac and cheese.I called the bowie location who advised their kitchen was fully stocked so we decided to leave. Mind you this is all takingplace in about a 30-40 min time frame. Myself and most of our party barely touched our drinks because we were waiting on ourfood orders. Management made a stink and tried to insist we pay full price for the drinks. After some discussion, he let it gofor 1/2 but not without more attitude and aggression. Bowie location was much better and actually had food.
