So I love the ice cream and the service. However, I went in today to pick up my order. There were two employees upfront and one... was working on order and they kept looking at me and finally one of them called for a girl to come out from the kitchen so shecan help me. I am sure one of them could have helped me. My daughter asked to use the bathroom which we did but there was nosoap. I asked one of the employee and she said we don?t have soap ???????? so how are you having a store with no soap! How dothese employees clean their hands? Idk that?s a turn off for me esp now with COVID. I hope the management look into this and butsoaps for customers and employees. It?s pretty gross actually not to have soap in the bathroom. The place was small and we were the only ones in store. The lady up front was polite and was wearing mask. Coming to the... flavors, we got the Chocolate devotion with two flavors. The chocolate was good, but the coffee flavor was ok. I would notrecommend it. And don?t add the chocolate chips, they are not good. But the brownie that was added was great. Read more
I love cold stone but I will never go back to this location anymore. The guy who was helping me was not even listening I told... him I want birthday cake remix and he gave me plain vanilla ice cream apart from that he started changing the ice cream cups andlots of my Ice cream remained in the other cups.
