They don't make lattes how they're upposed to. Every other dunkin makes it better. They split 1 espresso shot into 2 lattes and... ends up tasting like I am drinking creamer with a splash of coffee. If your food you order runs out they will have you justwaiting without saying a word to you until you have to remind them your waiting for food. I would come here daily but notanymore ill make my own coffer I keep paying for creamer only I'm over this store. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because thestore is clean that's it. They all need to be trained again or told stop cutting corners on coffee. Read more
I go to many other Dunkins, but this one is the best. At other Dunkins, the frozen drink machines are always "down" or they... forget to "toast" your Avocado Toast (how they forget to toast toast is incomprehensible). Not at this Dunkin. At this Dunkin,the machines are always "up" and the toast is always "toasted". On top of that, the crew is always professional and quick.Thanks Balitmore Ave Dunkin crew. You guys are fantastic! Every time I order here they are out of something. I called the lady on the phone that answered rushed me off the phone saying... she wasn?t in the store. I love Maryland, Hyattsville and PG County USA. They are awesome, hard working people giving great coffee and for me DOUBLE... chocolate donut. Ease up if there are people in line in front of you. They are not paid enough and they are doing there best. Goto Arabia or Europe and you will understand how much Dunkin rocks. Thank you! Read more
