I?ve tried to give this location the biggest benefit of the doubt, but I can?t anymore. It?s one thing to be slow since I moved... here in the end of spring and staff have probably left for the school year. But it?s November and it?s downhill since. 1.Multiple times that we?d try to order online for this location they?re always out of the classic KF Black Milk Tea? like how?Two straight months of constantly running out of the Black Tea? Not having a batch of boba ready and telling us it?ll take 45minutes for a new batch to be ready?15 mins after we?ve already ordered! It wasn?t even busy when we did order them. Thishappened 2 times already. 2. There?s a horrible smell/lack of ventilation at the doors/doorway. It stank since the summer and Ithought eventually they?ll get it fixed/clean but no. 3. The TVs are either not synced and they have super old drinks that areconstantly displayed that the other KFT locations no longer make. 4. Their systems are always ?down?. From trying to pay withcard or through the app via QR code. One or the other or both being down. How is this consistently happening to this location?But other KFT can troubleshoot it just fine or restart their system. I?ve been loyal to any KFT just because I love their kindof boba pearls. But I can?t vouch for this location. I honestly hope you guys get your act together, and until then I rather goto Rockville(s) or the Laurel one. Read more
Yikes?visited this location and waited 25 minutes for my drink, which I finally gave up on and asked for a refund. The staff had... no idea what they were doing, and maybe made 2 drinks in 25 minutes. When I asked for a refund, they didn?t refund my card, andinstead tried to give me cash, but they?ran out of cash. Lol. Completely chaotic experience, don?t bother. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for a single drink, that was not what was ordered. At this point, staff informed us that they were out of... bubbles and black tea (ingredients to make the drink). Another drink was provided 10 minutes later. This was not unique to myorder, everybody who ordered waited at least 15 to 20 minutes as well. Read more
I rate this one star because last time i went they didn?t do my drink right and they didn?t even asked me what size I wanted or... the toppings. Y?all need to do much better. And they charged me $24. Read more
Please be careful with this location. They are super messy. My husband and I put in an order online before 9pm, we get there and... they said there server was down but our purchase was processed and when my husband asked for his money back, they told us tocontact support because they couldn?t do anything. Didn?t think anything of it at the moment, but we ended up having to go tothe location in Laurel right after and everything went smoothly there. Well, it?s been about a month now. We?ve been back andforth with our bank and Kung Fu Tea, and we?re going in circles. No one wants to help. Support sucks. Kung Fu Tea basicallywants to point fingers at us. They sent screenshots to our bank but failed to mention their server was down at the time ofpurchase. And because we?ve disputed the charge, they blocked my husband from being able to order thru the app. Read more
We got ignored for about 10 minutes and then when someone went behind us in line they got service??? There were three other... people in the store without drinks and they ended up walking out because these people were probably ignoring them too. Read more
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! never again coming to this location, after a long day I just wanted to end the night with... some bubble tea. I walk in and it?s a bunch of dudes just talking at the register, I wait about 5 mins and no one acknowledgesme until I cut them off and ask them if I could order or did I have to wait until their boy convo was done. Ordered online and after waiting for the estimated time on the app not only had they not started my order, they didn't even know... I had ordered. Guy at the register had to get his boss to find it just to tell me they were out of both of the drinks I ordered.2nd time this has happened at a Kung Fu Tea. Never going here again. Read more
