The store is not clean food is on the floor as you walk in as well as on the floor in the back. The staff does not follow... instruction very well. I asked them to not cut the burrito. The person who took my order said I?ll make sure they don?t cut theburrito. Well when my burrito was finished the person making the food was about to cut the burrito. I had to yell from the fromof the store and say don?t cut the burrito. Also there where two flies just flying around the place. I came here yesterday andthe same thing with the flies. Not good to see this two days in a row. Next I order a chocolate chip cook and after I placed theorder there was no chocolate chip cook. Not the biggest deal breaker but you can see there are some issues with providing goodcustomer service. I then asked to speak to a manager and the young worked though the situation was a joke and looked at my likeI have the attitude when I am the one paying for my food. The reason why the have a job is because of paying customers such asmy self. The date of this transaction is 8/182022 around 4:45pm. I had done a pick up order and my order (along with others) didn?t have a ticket on it so it made it difficult for the staff to... figure out which ticket went to who. It was a bit disorganized. My smoothie also wasn?t great, it had too much ice in it andthere wasn?t any flavor to it. My flatbread sandwich was great so no concerns there. They seemed overwhelmed but I don?t get whythey wouldn?t put the name of the ticket in side the order of the bag once it was done and ready to go. Read more
I placed an order (specifying no cheese) and they added cheese anyway. I called the store because I did not want to give a poor... rating on UberEats. I addressed my concern to the woman that answered the phone and she said "sorry to hear that". She made noattempt to remedy the issue or give a genuine apology (as I know accidents can happen). She was very impolite. My rating isbased on poor customer service; additionally, I had to throw away the bowl due to my dietary restrictions. Read more
Very disappointing when the doors always open after 7AM. Ideally doors should be open at 7AM and with everybody ready to provide... a service, not everybody walking in after 7AM to then clean and pick up while customers are watching. Frustrating when I want tobe on time for work and this store is making me late every morning. I?m literally here at 710AM watching them clean and set up. Read more
