Nice place, nice servers, nice outdoor section where you can bring your dog, but the pizza? BURNT, the entire bottom was black.... Not just here and there, but the entire bottom. It's supposed to be golden brown. Maybe occasionally you'll see a burnt SPOT ortwo on your typical pizza, but not the entire bottom of the pie. The meat, veggies, and sauce were okay, maybe a bit better thanjust okay taste wise, and we were so hungry we opted to just go ahead and eat it rather then sending it back. The entire pie wasrather thin though. And at $20 for a 14" pie (included $4.50 in additions), not a good value for the money. The beer/drinkselection was wide, and didn't take long to learn the system of giving them your debit card, then they give you a beer card thatyou put in the card reader under the beer handle of your choice after grabbing a glass (of differing sizes) from the cooler. Thedisplay shows how much is charged to your DC. Keeps a running total for that card and displays it as you pour. Prettyslick. Because of the burnt crust, and the pitiful amount of food on the pizza, I doubt I'll be back. Read more

I was visiting the Walla Walla area with family during lunchtime, and a surprising amount of the good restaurants only had... evening hours during the weekdays. Being fans of good beer and a solid menu, we decided on Hop Thief. WOW, this place is onpoint! I’m a chef at a restaurant about an hour from Hop Thief, and I have to say that Hop Thief has a well planned menu withdelicious morsels from end to end. Our party of four ordered pizza, a few burgers and a French Dip. Everyone was happy withtheir food, and we all agreed that the pork belly au jus and Tajin spiced fries were the shining stars of our visit. The beerswere great, too! Overall the place was spotless clean with attentive staff and a fun atmosphere. I’ll 1oo% be visiting HopThief again in the future to delve deeper into their menu, and beer selection. 4.7 stars from me! Read more

The service was great, props to the guy who helped me both on the phone and in person. I was trying to order online and it... wasn't allowing me to use two forms of payment (gift card + debit) so I think that part of their site needs some new code. Tuesday is $12 pizza and we tried a few. The Los Verdes is a good choice if you like some heat - I thought it was fantastic buttoo spicy for my 12 year old. The Crazy Goat is another one of my favorites, an unexpected mix of flavors and textures, worth atry if you like goat cheese! We also tried the Fon Dip and that was a big hit with my kids especially. This place has lots ofoptions for everyone including vegetarian and gluten free options. Every time you eat there and log your phone number you earncredits so I had a discount that I could choose to use. I enjoy their unique take on pizza and will eat here again. Read more

This place was amazing! The bar tap concept was genius and must be repeated + the food was incredible! We tried their BLT salad... and the Doc Holiday dip sandwich which we devoured quickly, and took 2 pizzas home for later - so worth it! I would definitelyrecommend stopping by if you're in the area.
