After reading some of the other reviews, I was honestly afraid to try panda out. I really wanted to try the new beyond orange... chicken tho, and now I?m addicted! I always come at a weird time a day so there?s almost never a line, and I?m always shocked athow fast I get my food. It?s basically instantly ready! Orange chicken had barely any chicken in it; was all breading. Food never looks as good as it should. Broccoli beef had all... broccoli with a couple small slivers of beef. Chow mein noodles and rice were dry. The mushroom chicken was fresh but I didn'tsee much chicken on my plate. I guess that's what happens when ordering Asian food from a fast food style place. From a out of state perspective.....Stephanie was by far the hardest worker we have ever seen at any establishment. She was... running while the rest were moseying along. I waited 15 min for them to take my order because they just felt zero urgency with apacked restaurant. I almost left till I realized what a absolutely struggle she was going through trying to keep the placerunning smooth. We watched her fill probably 20+ orders sweep the floor help other employees all in essentially hyper drivewhile the rest didn't fill but a few orders. I have never seen a completely unbalanced work environment as I did today. I canhonestly say I wouldn't have wanted to return... She gave us hope that at least someone cares at this location. 2nd time in a row that the person taking drive thru orders has been snotty. Seems it?s an inconvenience to answer questions and... be friendly. I did not return the behavior in any way. This time, however, I asked if was was bothering her in some way. Snottyattitude continued. This time, without a response to her, I just pulled thru and didn?t order. I have been in the food industry for over 20 years. Zachary was a great help today. Amazing customer service skills. The manager... on the other hand is the reason for the 4 stars.
