We have been going to this B-Dubs for over 10 years and the recent changes to the menu have just not been up to par. If a... customer orders iced tea and you serve them a glass full of tea with a thin layer of ice, you should probably provide a cup ofice without the customer asking for it. The chips were just terrible. I don?t know why you would change something that has beenworking for years. The Queso tasted burnt and the Guacamole was tasteless to say the least. My wife ordered one of the barpizzas and I ordered some wings. My wings came out quick and tasted good, but I completed my dinner before my wife even got herepizza. When she got her pizza, you could tell it had been sitting for a few mins. The cheese was hard and the flatbread wasunder cooked. This will have to mark the worst experience I have had here. This is the best Buffalo Wilds Wings (or B-Dubs) I've been to with consistently great service and delicious food. I usually get... the wings either boneless or boned (both are good to me), but they did stop doing as good a deal on boneless Thursdays. It usedto be buy one, get one free, and we loved it! Now it is buy one, get one 50% off. Still decent, but ehh. Anyway, this last timeI got the chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink for $9.99 and requested the hot buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. It's also apretty good deal considering their drinks like $2.99 if ordered separately. Also, this is the first time and place Isuccessfully did the blazin' challenge! It took me over 10 years to work up the guts to try it. I prepared with some Pepto andmany years of eating spicy foods. My time was 3 minutes & 11 seconds. My husband and I ordered online thinking this would be more efficient. When we arrived my husband had to Stand at the counter... for 10 minutes and then go find somewhere and then go find somebody and still Ended up-waiting another 10 minutes.There wasabsolutely no one in the restaurant a total of five cars in the parking lot which were probably the people that work there.Wellwe got the food it was cold and sloppy and wrong!We Really used to love this place but never again will I ever come to thisplace I could probably use a $30 back on something that actually would?ve been great and hot Read more
I brought yesterday this cauliflower wings with jalapeños sause and Parmesan boneless wings, this worst taste ever and it is... too salty and can?t eat and no chance of returning. This is second or third time happened to me ???? Usually I would love BWWbut due to incidents I?m loosing due respect . Staff should more careful while preparing food ???? Servers are slow. They had time chatting around but not to refill drinks. Don?t get boneless it?s not the greatest. Always go... traditional style. Also, another thing is they switched out one of the channels I requested to play without letting us know. Andyes it was our server. Read more
