I have visited this location a few times and was not that happy with the cut of brisket I had been given. When I've asked for... marble before, I felt ignored and received lean cuts instead. This, leaving me with a half eaten plate. I returned to give theplace another chance, more like the third time, and finally they listened. This was the best plate so far. Customer Service Sucks at the Harvey Road location!!!! I had my eyes dilated so I sent my granddaughter in with a $25 gift... certificate to get 2 baked potatoes not knowing you had to use the whole thing. When she told me I lost the difference I senther back in to get some side dishes to make up the difference. She was treated badly and it took forever!! I have given thesegift certificates as gifts before but if this is the way customers are treated I won't do that again!! And maybe I'll try one ofthe other locations next time. Read more
