Very disappointed as I love Cheddars but the whole meal was a disappointment ???? They have removed some of the best parts of... the menu like ground beef from the queso, the broccoli casserole that has changed and did not taste that good. It was shoved ina small saucer which spilled all over my food. My ribs were so dry and it was like chewing shoe leather. My son's were betterthan mine. The croissants barely had any butter on them and we were not given any extra. I only took one picture sorry. We triedtelling our waitress Lily but she said they must have changed things and walked away. We never saw her again until we weregetting ready to leave. She was busy attending to the young man she was flirting with at the bar. She was also talking to thewomen from the table in the bar area and her young daughter who was at the bar (very not appropriate ????). She was sitting upand at one point was almost on the bar. So she did not care about her customers. She finally came up after I paid on the machinesince she never came back. We never once received the ability to have a drink refill (never offered), or asked if we even wanteddessert. I guess she felt that since we had a machine to do her job for her than she did not need to come back. One of my favorite places. The chicken strips, chicken fried steak and cajun pasta are always good.

I am not a big fan of this chain of restaurants but my wife loves it. So in the past i have had bad service at other location... and I dont like going to them. This time was a better experience  and I enjoyed my food. The staff was friendly and fast. Theyoung man that served us was great, sorry i dont remember his name. our food was made to order and still hot when we got it. Theportions are regular size and the price too. The wait was not bad for a party of 3 during the week for dinner time. Read more

Why in the world was the soup not served hot? The server was accurate, but needs to smile. The chicken strips were very tender... and the salad was fresh. There is beautiful restaurant landscaping with nice outdoor seating. We will try again. Read more
