Waited 12 minutes in line to place order with only 3 cars ahead of me. New employee possibly. Get to window and they ask to... pull over and park. Waited a full 15 minutes with no food. Went inside to pick up food. Salad lettuce was warm as if it hadbeen sitting out all day Worst chik fil A experience EVEr. Avoid this location. Read more
This drive thru is insanely busy but the line moves so quickly. I had my food in minutes. Everything was there, hot and... delicious, as usual. My only complaint is that for fast food, it's kinda pricey. The spicy chicken strips are so worth it. Read more
Feeling pretty disappointed. I have had two separate orders give me the wrong food which I would not have known unless I opened... the sandwhich box to check. Two times with this. I like to order curbside through the app to get the rewards. As soon as Iupdated the app I could no longer sign in and lost all my rewards as well as my ?red? reward Status which I probably spenthundreds of dollars in orders to get. I went to submit feedback for what I am writing here and the submit button is broken, gofigure. Food is flawless but the wait at 10:10am was waaaaay too long for fast food. Maybe they were short staffed or training but we... had to pull up and wait for our order and they weren't even busy. I also think I found the ONLY grumpy employee ever at a Chickfil a, who brought our food out. We only ordered 2 items. We'll be back in hope this was an isolated incident. Read more
I was SO disgusted I can?t go back to any Chick-fil-A. What the heck is this stuff sitting in?! I was too mad to call (I don?t... make calls when im mad) But this is a HUGE issue. I don?t know when I?ll be able to eat here again. Find another location. Ihope they make some changes because this was so disappointing, I thought so much better of Chick-fil-A. Read more
Update 08-25-2022: Arrived very late for lunch. After 2pm.. Food is good. Doors, tables, & chairs are Clean and comfortable.... Cashier person appeared to be "new" and performed well. Some dude in a button down shirt (supervisor or management) appears tobe out of sorts...barking orders and pacing and pacing back and forth behind the order line. At one point yelling at someone toreport at the front...weird. Maybe they are having a bad day! Read more
Our family met our cousins at Chick fil A for lunch. Chick fil A is amazingly efficient with their service. We ordered 7 kids... meals and 4 adult meals and we received all the food/ sauces/ drinks in excellent time (probably 10 to 15 minutes) and allcorrect. Their service is amazing. Play equipment was clean and well maintained. The store was clean. The food was on point. Asalways it was a great experience. I highly recommend for their consistent and excellent service. Read more
The food was excellent. They have a great grilled chicken sandwich. I can't eat their fried chicken sandwiches so this was a... great option. The waffle fries are amazing and so is the sweet tea. Some of the people who work there are friendly and othersaren't. Read more
