This Chick-fil-a has a bad habit of allowing their vendors to block the accessible spaces, access ways, and ramp. I mentioned... this to the manager today, and on one other occasion, when it was a linens vendor. On the first occasion, the manager wasresponsive and apologetic, and said he would discuss with the vendor. Today, however, the manager on duty was inconsiderate andflippant. She said it was "out of her control". The vendor had a dolly and was moving along effortlessly and had no need toblock valuable spaces. It was lunch time, not midnight. Should a disabled or elderly customer want to eat today in the diningroom, or want to order inside, they were SOL..... and the manager didn't care. Her advice to me was for me to contactChick-fil-a corporate. If this is a corporate ran store, I will. If it is a owner operated store, I sure hope I can find thatperson's contact information. What a shame. I really like Chick-fil-a, but I'm not impressed lately with what I'm hearing andseeing. They even make their employees come in on Sundays now for meetings (not this location). It's chick fil a what is there to say? Amazing customer service as per usual, and delicious food as per usual as well.
Chick-fil-a does everything right but this location gets extra points! I have 3 little boys. While I had my back turned for 2... seconds to put the baby in his car carrier, my 5 and 2 yr old decided to run out of the store without me to our car (in thefront row). The manager was on it. He ran out there and stayed right by there side while I quickly scurried my way out of there.I?m so thankful for him and how their team always goes and beyond. Customer services was great. Young mn who took our order was polite and professional. Order came out as soon we pulled to the... window. Went inside to get our drinks topped off and another young mn who was equally professional and polite did so with asmile, thank you, and a have a Good night. Place clean as well Read more
This Chick-fil-A was quite rude and I usually never leave reviews but I just had to. Their workers & manger kept yelling my name... as I pulled up to the drive through. I did not find it funny at all or was it necessary. This was the second time I felt thattheir service was not good. The first time was when I waited 20 minutes just to get well done fries after the manger told me topark and they would bring it out. They forgot so I went inside to ask for them but he said he didn?t see it on the system and heasked for my receipt but I didn?t grab one. I showed them my mobile order and waited. I will not be going back to thisChick-fil-A. It?s the worst in town. Read more
The drive thru is very fast, don't let a long line deter you, it'll only be about 5 or so minutes!
