All I have to say is it's not NASCAR although, I feel like maybe some of the employees behind the line think so.. They get your... food out fast and it's probably the most efficient Chipotle line I've seen! However that's where it stops.. It was fast but theportions are ridiculous... I had to go to the nearby Panda Express to add rice. I got half a spoon of rice and half a spoon ofpinto beans. I'm saying half a spoon and that's generous. Tasted fine but normally I can go to Chipotle and have some left over.I would strongly advise anyone who loves and craves Chipotle to choose one of the other locations in town. You will not get yourmoney's worth at this location.. that's a guarantee. Not only that the staff is really not that friendly but I wouldn't say theywere rude either. Very disappointed. I was a GM of chipotle in the past. I Ordered the steak and was told it would be a 30 minute wait??? It takes... 5 minutes to cook and 30 seconds to cut. Associates start going to the next guest and don?t offer a beverage for the wait andassume I didn?t want to wait. 2 managers were standing side by side of associate and say nothing, 1 manager on cash and other ontortilla. Gonna have to go to other location. Chipotle use to be a fun place and welcoming, shocked to see what I experienced. Read more
Underfilled burrito! I ordered through the app and as the rumors have it... they definitely skimped out on the chicken and... toppings! It may sound funny but I specified light sour cream and my burrito was ALL sour cream. If you want fuller burritosand higher quality food, order at the University Dr. locations. The only defining quality of this location is the "Chipotlane"which is the drive-thru pickup. Read more
THE WORST Chipotle in Cstat ! Order was not ready in time , food was cold , the crispy tortillas was soggy .
Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Workers are rude and its a cluster of chaos in there. No one seems to work together,... constantly messing up orders and redoing them. The food is also the most bland and flavorless chipotle ive ever had. Mush in abowl. I attempted to feed this to my dog but even she wouldn't eat it. In conclusion utter garbage. I couldn't recommend moreto avoid this place. Read more
This is probably the worst Chipotle I?ve been too. I went to pick up my order through the drive-thru and had to wait 40 minutes... because the girl with pink hair at the window is incompetent and has zero sense of urgency. They got almost all the portionswrong on my order. Read more
