OMG I love this place! My wife and I haven?t eaten at a Costa Vida in over 5 years since we moved to Texas from New Mexico. We... rolled into town just now and knew exactly where we were going. My husband and I just came from Utah so we were glad to see there was a Costa Vida here! I forgot names, but the staff were so... nice (the manager lady was so kind and I think Derek was another employee who was great). Derek opened the door for us, helpedus bring our food to our table, and overall was very positive! Despite it being busy, they checked in with us as well! The foodwas also good, I got the sweet pork salad and my husband got the enchiladas. I also recommend getting the chips and queso (orjust a side of queso) to add to the enchiladas. Average restaurant. I kept seeing this chain out west in Colorado and decided to finally try it here in Texas. If you're rich... and like making it rain then you won't be disappointed or consider your change wasted. If you're like me, with a limitedincome, spend your money elsewhere. You can get the same amount of food at Taco Bell ???? for half the price and it honestlytastes about the same... not awful but nothing to write home about.
