We drive from Central Texas down to Houston to see our son. On a previous trip we Google Jimmy Johns near us. That search took... us to this location. The sandwiches were amazing, all ingredients were fresh, and the staff was amazing. This experience madethis a garranteed stop on our next trip. We stopped by yesterday evening on our way home, we were greeted like old friends. Theyremembered us from over a month ago, and even remembered our sandwiches preference. Trust me when I say not all Jimmy Johns arecreated equal. This is the place you want to for the best quality of food and services. Read more

I definitely enjoyed my experience here. The staff was kind and thanked me for my order. He even said "Can't wait to see you... again soon." displaying customer service to gain my loyalty. We ordered from this location twice in a week. The first time I ordered tuna club and barely had any tuna on it. I felt like I... was eating bread, cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise with my onions with a very small amount of tuna. Fast forward to tonight, Iordered the tuna club once more only this time my wife ordered it with extra tuna when placing the order on line. We drive overand we get all three of our sandwiches home and guess what? No extra tuna! I called the store and young boy offered to remakemy sandwich if I was willing to drive back over and pick it up. What choice did I have? Either eat the sandwich I was given andcharged more for, or drive back over and get the sandwich I paid for. No one offered to give me credit for having to run twiceand get my sandwich for the employees mistake. Seeing other posts these people need trained or retrained. Maybe the managerisn?t doing his job, because ultimately it?s his responsibility to train his staff. It will be a while before ordering fromthis location again. The rock prairie location sucks!! I just moved to this side of town and have now ordered twice. I usually order from the... university location. The sandwiches are drastically different in size and attention to detail. They never get my order right andthe sandwiches are small!! Very disappointed for the second time!! I?m so mad right now! Live 25 min away from nearest jimmy John?s ordered what was supposed to be dinner for my kids and I.... Brought home bread with tomatoes and bacon. No lunch meat, no lettuce, no mayo. Just trash!! No way I?m driving all the wayback either. Now have to figure out other dinner plans. This is the worst experience I?ve had with jimmy John?s ever!!
