The food was good for McDonald's. Service was friendly and semi quick. The down side, no toilet paper in the men's room.... Thankfully, some kind soul left paper towels that are used for drying your hands on the handicap rail. I thought it was a littlejoke, but no, it wasn't. I notified the male cashier about the situation in the men's room. Before I left l,after consuming mymeal I went and checked the paper situation in the men's room. Still no toilet paper. So I returned the kindness and left somehand drying paper towels for the next Man. Read more
Order my son's Quater Pounder drive thru and wanted plain said it two times. They still got it wrong so had to go inside,... checked it real quick couldn't see anything on it. Got home my son opens it up and it looks like they gave us the same burger wehad return with everything back on it. Very disappointed Read more
Had time during my experience here to make this review. Waited 16 minutes in a line of 6 cars, to receive an iced coffee. The... order was taken incorrectly and was fixed at the first window before I paid. At the second window there is confusion as to howmy iced coffee should be made. After explaining twice how I wanted it made, which was not difficult, they hand me a plain icedcoffee and a bag of sugar. I had to ask for a straw and a spoon to stir the sugars in. I got out of my car to go inside and stirin the sugars so I didn't make a mess in my car. Overall a huge disappointment in customer service. Read more
Their drive-thru service is the slowest I have experienced at any McDonald?s. I waited for around 20 minutes at the drive-thru... even though there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, the guy got my order mixed up and got me an icedcoffee instead of a latte. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the closest location to where I live and have been going here for years since it opened and never... really had an issues until the other night, Thursday 10/20 at 9pm. There only about 5 cars in front of me yet it took about 5minutes before anyone ever said anything on the speaker. It was about 15 minutes before I even made it to the first window andwhat I saw was DISGUSTING. Trash and food all over the floor and into the kitchen, there were people in PAJAMAS sitting incounters in the kitchen and just waking around in the back, employees just goofing around. I ended up leaving the line and goingelsewhere for food. These photos were the only good ones I got, I tried to get ones of the employees horsing around and themystery pajamas lady but they saw me taking photos, laughed and ran out of sight. Read more
Workers are very genuine and helpful, however the manager is literally useless and doesn?t seem to have costumer service skills.... When asking why the deals on their app wasn?t working (having to show and explain 3 different times) I was told they have nocontrol over it (which is totally fine- i was simply asking if they knew why deals weren?t popping up for their specificlocation) however, they made me hold up the drive-thru line for 5 more minutes to get the ?manager? who literally didn?t help.Would have been easier just to tell me the first time that they?re sorry and they can ask corporate about it and just made mepay full price where as I held up the line for 5 full minutes and didn?t even receive an apology from the manager or give me myfries for a dollar off which is the deal i use every time i order. LOL. I would like to praise the workers for being soapologetic and nice!! The manager i can?t say the same unfortunately): -I would also like to add that i did not show myfrustration or was rude to any workers. The reason for my review is to point out that the manager at this location doesn?tquite seem to know what?s going on, and would much rather delay peoples time by being chatty kathy rather than just giving acostumer a dollar off their fries order? December 31, 2021. 11:06 pm. On this day my fellow friends received the best McDonalds meal that we shall every have the... pleasure of receiving. This is a day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. An unknown man, worked alone that night.Working hard to provide nourishment for restless teens who scavenged the city for open restaurants. When the city wascelebrating, he bestowed us food by his labor alone. We truly thank this faceless man. Our fries were cooked to hot, crisp andsoft inside perfection. The chicken McNuggets, just simply perfect. Words do not exist to describe these nuggets. Like a perfectsteak, we did not need sauce. A masterpiece. truly. Read more
Foods alright. It's a McDonald's lol. Staff seems busy all the time, always short interactions. In and out in a best way to go
