Placed an online order at 11:45am for pickup at 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and waited 10 minutes before my order was prepared and... given to me. One of the items I ordered was Broccoli Beef, but it should have been called Broccoli because there was no Beef tobe found in it. Definitely won't be going out of my way to visit this location again. My recent experience was really bad. Well, first, for some reason it's not possible to make an order online for a plate/bowl... because of some technical issues with their website. All other options were like either one entree, one side, or huge mega partyorder. It just doesn't make sense that you don't let people order online your most sold items. Then, when we walked in andstarted making an order, we asked if they had any fresher vegetables because those they got looked really old. The worker lady,whose name was Melanie, approached this very disrespectfully and impolitely. Aside from putting her ... face on and givingattitude, she made it seem like it was a big problem and was making fun of it with her coworkers. I understand this is a fastfood chain, and I shouldn't expect high quality service, but simple manners and respect are the basics that should be presenteven in fast food chains. Always hot fresh food, clean, at least one table open but always has good business, the one thing is they don't Thank You for... the donation round up. No I don't Need a thank you, but it's a bit off putting if one person gives a sad monotone thanks or thebell gets completely ignored. They'll also rush your order sometimes, but that's by employee. 98% of them won't rush you sodon't stress too much. Its still a great establishment so I won't put less than 5 stars but please, say the courtesy thanks anddon't rush us when its loud. Read more
Basic American Asian flavors. It?s good but if you want real authentic restaurant this is not the place. Foods great. Don?t go a... hour before closing the food taste horrible the portions they give are also smaller with more veggies than meat. The best timeto order is anytime two hours or more before closing.
